Easy ordering , had an issue with my flat # but we sorted it out . Food came well packagied

Great costumer service, great products,fast delivery.

I started buying from them in November and I've already bought a lot of stuff. When the boxes arrive I open them and if there's any problem they solve it immediately. Very good and excellent quality food and lots different items, will continue to buy from them a soon I need again , company can you trust

I had very positive experience with this vendor, great range, pricey, yes, but if you are not going to Italy sometime soon, or want to pay for luggage to lug things, then this is an excellent option. Very efficient, all goodies excellently packed, meats in separate thick foil like envelope with frozen ice, delivered by DPD. Will definitely use again.

My family love the fresh sausages you cannot beat the quality unless you make them yourself!
Even in Italy done parts do not make quality sausage like these.

I have ordered from their website several times since discovering them this year. The boxes they ship are generally very well packed, and they pay great attention to fresh products by including insulated bags and gel ice packs to keep items fresh during transport.

In case of delivery issues, as happened to me with DPD, they respond quickly and step in to resolve any inconvenience, providing excellent customer service.

I will definitely continue to be their customer.

Had an issue with my order which was promptly resolved and this is now on the way. Issue was with DPD but Delicatezza resolved everything at their expense which I thought was class service.

DPD is yet to communicate to me what happened to my parcel which is poor from their side.

I regularly order baby food every month for my children and some delicacies from my hometown that I miss so much and that I can't find anywhere. We had a little mix-up at the beginning with Deliveries, but then the owner himself called me and explained what to do. From then on, I've never had any problems. Everything always arrives on time. If you want to eat Italian food, I recommend it.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, ordered end of November for 10th December delivery, they send it via DPD courier - parcel didnt arrive, when contacting them and asking for refund the man on the phone, was very defensive and told me to wait another day to receive it! imagine meat siting for 48hrs in the box allegedly with dry ice - it would be stinky! anyway after repeatedly asking for refund and him denying to do it, i said i would live them negative feedback - which he replied "I don care!" - yes you reading it right, they do not care. Blaming courier for non delivery, knowing they are cheapest around and very poor service isnt a top of the customer service experience you would expect from someone charging 5£ per 400g of sausage. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

Great food and great service. Have been ordering from them for several years now. Only one occasion when the delivery failed during a bank holiday week and Delicatezza made it right. Particular praise for their Salcicciamo sausage and meatball products.

Ordered over two weeks ago to test before a roll out over all our locations, repeatedly chased them - repeatedly told it was out for delivery - then was emailed and told it wasn't but was out on Monday - Monday comes, I have to call and told 'they forgot to load' the truck - then finally told on the phone that It was our fault for not giving them more time - have NEVER dealt with a wholesaler that cannot fulfil an order with two and half weeks notice.

Delicatezza itself is an excellent service but i WISH they would stop using DHL. 3 times now they have delivered my parcel to a completely random address, miles from my house, hours after the allotted timeframe. They are an absolutely sh*t delivery company and i think my parcel would have more chance reaching me if it was delivered by a carrier pigeon. Unsure whether i will be ordering again after the latest fiasco (i had to drive to some random persons house to get my box, and this person refused to hand it over until i threatened to call the police - NIGHTMARE)

It is not the first time I buy from delicatezza and the wrapping has always been good but this time has been bad.
I had to throw away packages of pasta and flours as the fresh food was not packed well and they arrived basically wet.
I wanted to rate this experience with a 2 stars but since the other times it was good I have given a 3- star rate to this experience.
I would suggest to make sure that the fresh food is well-wrapped
