Extremely poor service overall
Extremely poor service overall:
-Delays in delivery.
-Couriers loading in the tracking system info saying the recipient is absent without attempting to deliver.
-Poor Customer Service.
-No requirement for couriers to contact the recipient, meaning higher chance of missing deliveries.
-Absence of a reachable contact number online (official one has a full voicemail).
Overall, terrible experience (product not received yet). Avoid at all costs!

Epic failures to collect parcel
They have failed to collect since the 30th January. They tend to ignore emails. They are not truthful I have been promised collection dates and been let down each time. I served a GDPR and they cant be bothered to even acknowledge that. I copied their CEO into an email yesterday no response. If that's the leader ....... they emailed today (17/2) to say that as they couldn't provide a timeslot to me they have refunded me. I have NEVER asked for a timeslot simply a day they could collect. They provided 3 collection dates previously but did not collect. I have asked them to respond to my GDPR request and so far neither acknowledged the request let alone a date when they will respond by. They are so unprofessional, untrustworthy and appear to ignore GDPR requests something I will share with those who enforce compliance. Now i have missed the return window for my item to be collected. They are simply the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Delayed delivery and poor service.
Sadly, they have delayed my order for the past 6 days. I keep writing to their email but no response. I had a chat with them via their website and the chatbot replied to me without giving me any specific info about why I have not received my order and when my order will be arriving. This is such an appalling service. I will advise that you stay away from their service.

Poor customer service
Update 15 April 2024 - The sender never got the package back. Delnext kept saying that it was in Madrid. Such a bad company. Don't ever use their services!
Update 19 December - The package is still not returned to the sender. Apparently it is in Madrid. This is so ridiculous! DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Update 20 November - My package was all this time in Denmark, right next door. Never recieved a code or notification to pick it up, so it is getting returned. At least it is not lost and hope the return will go well. Never will use this company again, what a mess!
Update 15 November - Check the reply to this review from Delnext. I am dealing with a disfunctional company apparently.
Update 14 November - after writing to info@delnext, they start their answer saying that I should write to info@delnext... you got to be kidding me...
Update 13 November - still nothing happened...
My father uses this company to send me packages from Portugal to Denmark. Normally it works pretty well, but now that we are having an issue with a package that didn't arrive, we come to the conclusion that they really don't care about their customers. Contacting the help desk is a nightmare, they only reply after I insist and give generic answers that make no sense - they asked me to contact the sender, my father... I asked again, but no reply, just got ghosted... I find that disrespectful and we will not use this company again no matter the outcome.
In sum, when it works, it works... But if there is an issue, don't count on any support whatsoever, they simply don't care about the customers.
