I haven’t received my item

I haven’t received my item - it was sent with Royal Mail who have marked it as ‘held in retention’ since the 2nd despite my never asking them or DeLonghi to do so. No information about how to actually receive it seems to exist.

Item arrived within the timescale

Item arrived within the timescale, well packaged and as described. No issues so far although I have only been using it for a short time. As others have commented, the set-up instructions are poor and had to rely on YouTube.

Item was ordered for a 50th Birthday…

Item was ordered for a 50th Birthday due to the website specifically stating 1-3 working days, so enough time. Poor correspondence and when checking the order status continually stating processing . Live chat provided no assistance what so ever and requested I make a telephone call. Called and was told the item was somehow processing and would arrive for 01/04/26 and I would receive an email confirmation. No email received, made a further call the next day where I was told I need to fill out a request as the assistant had no access to information ? I was advised a Query could take up to 7 days … item was eventually located and delivered after the birthday … items is great, customer service communication poor ..

3 weeks later still not received my order!

I'm waiting 3rd week for my coffee machine. I called 5 times and issue is still not resolved. Out of 3 items I ordered, 2 arrived 2 weeks late! when I opened the parcel all coffee machine cliner was spiled all over my water filter destroying both items. I send emails no response, I'm calling waiting over 20 min on a line still not help. I'm very, very disappointed! im never again ordering from this company .

Unpleasant experience…

Unpleasant experience… poor communication with AI chatbot, no clear instructions from the company about delay of my order.
Then.. receiving email with the tracking number, however, link directing to Parcelforce website but the number was for Royalmail…
Another email said that within 24h I’ll receive a receipt of my order but I never received an email with a receipt.
Finally, no clear instructions on when my order will be delivered, and I just randomly found the box at my doorstep today!
It all took nearly two weeks where (as per the info on the website) I was expecting it to be around 3 working days.

Well made

Well made, new to this coffee thing and it punches out proper coffee without too much learning, instructions were poor but the official YouTube videos are more than enough

Best to order direct

I ordered a toaster online from De’Longhi and I was surprised at the price. I got a good deal ordering direct from them and my toaster was delivered just a few days after ordering. Excellent service.

Meh ...

Ok. Product delivered OK. But the toaster almost double the cost of basic models, because we wanted it to just do it's one job well, still almost burns one side whilst the other stays pale.

Very good

Very good. The only downside I knew was the average selection of coffees. However, the coffees on the menu are great. The milk frother is a great option.
