Hello I just received my furniture village delivery, the delivery was very smooth and both Alex and Ola were extremely efficient so I just wanted to give them both 5* reviews

Efficient and polite service. Bed delivery neatly and tidily achieved.

Alex and Luis were fantastic. Very professional and cleared all the empty boxes after assembling the dining set. Explained how the extensions work. Overall very Excellent service. Very happy and Thanks to them.

Delivery arrived on time , furniture was put together well and all rubbish was removed .

Carlos and Augusto were quick and effective even though my delivery was on the 2nd floor and out building has no lift they did it complain and got on with it, great service 5*

I had a new bed installed, but the original bed frame was still stored at my place, taking up space. I spoke to Carlos about having the frame picked up and delivered to my mum's house which I couldn't do myself as the frame was to big for my car. Carlos explained the importance of rebuilding a disassembled bed frame correctly
to ensure it remains stable and safe. His commitment to doing the job right, along with his attention to detail, was evident throughout and was the reason I booked him for the job as a moving company.

On the scheduled morning, Carlos and his team arrived at my home on time. They carefully collected the bed frame with professionalism and ensured they had all the necessary tools. The team then drove to my mum's house, which is a short distance away. Upon arrival, they met me outside, removed their shoes which pleased my mum as they entered the house respectfully.

My mum showed them to her room, where they began dismantling her old bed, which had broken drawers.

They thoughtfully removed the contents of the drawers to ensure we could keep anything valuable. After the old bed was cleared from my mum's room, they gave me a moment to sweep the floor before assembling the new bed frame with precision and care.

Once the job was complete, the team kindly transferred the mattress from the share room onto the new bed frame and even offered helpful suggestions for purchasing a replacement mattress. They also removed an old headboard that was no longer needed as the new bed had a headboard included.

Thanks to Carlos and his team from Delta Solution, my mum and I are thrilled with the new bed frame and mattress. She even mentioned how much warmer she feels in her new bed with this new setup.

The entire experience was seamless, and I can’t recommend Carlos and his team highly enough for their exceptional relocation planning, removal, and furniture assembly services.

Carlos and his team were very professional from start to finish. Carlos came and gave reasonable quote compared to others, he was very understanding with our needs and our personal circumstances with the children etc. The day went well with some issues with the buyers solicitors and Carlos and team continued to support us. Carlos stayed to the end of the whole move going the extra length. We have used Carlos within the last few days to assist us with handy man jobs. All we can say is that Carlos and team were fantastic. Thank you soooo much for making the move happen for us. We will defo continue to use Carlos's services in the future.

The Three Men Carlos , Alex and Luis were professionals to the core . Very polite and professional . They handle every item with love and care . They listened to my instructions as a valued customer , even though we were meeting for the first time . Every step of the removals from my old place , where I had lived for 20 years to the new place . I was reassured by Carlos the lead man . Kudos to the entire team . I would recommend them any day any time .
