I really love Delugs products and the overall service. From my very first order, I fell in love with the quality of the straps they sell. I’ve purchased many straps over the past year, and I can confidently say that Delugs is the best—seriously. 👌

On top of that, the strap prices feel very reasonable, shipping is fast, and the packaging is excellent. I also want to mention that their customer service is genuinely helpful if you run into any issues with your order.

Never an issue. Shipping was decent from overseas, but adding the US depot made it nice and fast. The leaf spring deployants are very nice; one could wish for some adjustability with them, and you could, I think, get a Fitwell...but that's also getting fairly pricey. The straps have been fine; I'm getting particularly fond of the Delcro straps...just put a desert camo Delcro on my Sinn 556 yellow dial. Looks great.

The quality and variety of their straps is great. I use Delugs straps over the OEM straps on several of my watches.

I had already purchased their CTS adjustable clasp and needed help on just purchasing a strap and they were fast in helping me choose a strap that would fit a 22 mm lug with an 18mm clasp. They offered several options and I chose one that fit my needs. They sent an invoice with no shipping costs. I love their products, now I love their service. Thanks Delugs. You guys are great.

Nice products - I bought a couple of the alcantara straps, which are difficult to find from other strap companies. Shipping was superfast, I got the straps within 2 days. I also had to return some straps due to a fit issue, and the process was seamless.

I made a purchase for my 1675 based on all the glowing reviews, but the final product's color was nowhere near the advertised photo. Customer service was not willing to assist in resolving the matter, stating that it was a result of lighting in their photo. OK, I understand lighting may impact color slightly, i.e., maybe one shade difference, but this was way off. I shared with them a photo that showed the brown was many shades darker than captured on their site. This strap won't ever leave my desk drawer now as even the quality of the leather is subpar, on par with cardboard.

Have purchased many straps and clasps from Delugs and have been impressed. Delugs has awesome cut-to-size rubber straps for watches like the Black Bay 58, which pair nicely with their butterfly deployant clasps. They also have nice leather straps. I like their glossy alligator straps…especially in the Lagoon Blue color…currently out of stock, so hopefully they eventually get more in. This evening I had a bit of an issue with their website and used the chat to speak with an assistant. They were very helpful in understanding the problem and resolving it. Excellent products and service. Cheers.
