Good Experience

The website is clear and easy to reorder. Delivery is fast and efficient. It had been two years since my last check order and everything was still available and if I wanted to make changes it was also clear and simple. The price seems high and our logo on the checks is not the best quality. And shipping really should be included in the fees when your spending that much.

Checks Delayed Indefinitely

Ordered business checks with 2 day shipping on 4/1 and by 4/13 they were not even started yet. No ETA on them even getting started, either. Not OK. Cancelled order.

Slow processing

Ordered our checks. A week later I called to check on the status and was advised that they were still waiting for the Fraud department to approve them. The department was backed up and no one was able to give any time frame of when the checks would actually be in production.

We were not able to wait, so we ordered the checks from a competitor and received the checks within 48 hours, at 1/3 of the cost.

Honestly not sure we will go back to Deluxe.

We have been getting our business…

We have been getting our business checks from Deluxe for years. The last order received was very disappointing. They looked very cheap and our logo was blurry and only one color. I am considering other options.

Couldn't login to my account I have had…

Couldn't login to my account I have had for years and had to recreate my checks???? Reordering checks used to be very easy!! Price has gotten expensive as well. Checks were received quicker than normal and I have never had an issue with account #'s being wrong.
