The generator was delivered quickly, without any problems. Everything is as I expected.
The generator has hardly been used yet, so I can't add anything more.

Ordered an inverter generator. Model DQ-3800.
Fast delivery. Package was in good condition.
Works nice. It is quiet and low vibration.
Display with backlight. Water protection.
Use in private house for emergency electricity backup (I live in Ukraine, now we have shutdowns quite often.)

I would not recommend buying your equipment here. Even though I provided all the information and went out of my way to explain the legal situation. The responsible team did not want to help me fix the issue. Worse customer service is not possible

Ich würde nicht epfehlen hier einzukaufen. Trotz mehrerer Versuche den relevenaten Personen die Rechtslage zu erklären und alle nötigen Dokumente und Quellen für Sie rauszusuchen waren Sie nicht bereit mir zu helfen. Schlechterer Kundenservice geht nicht.

Fast delivery and good quality of the compactor

Very nice and easy to use tool. Practical and very helpful. The only point to take into account is tha turning sharply is quite rough but once you understand that, all good.

At first its a bit hard to pour the 4dl oil inside, but then its all perfect. It works very quiet and works excelent in eco mode also with connecting the big angle grinder. No problem with the induction. Excelent product.

They are based in Germany and as expected displayed the renown German efficiency, the team spoke several European languages. Very poor service from Denqbar, they don't carry spares for a generator they sold 2 years ago. They are no help what so ever, their products are just rebranded Chinese junk that break down quickly and are impossible to find spares for.

I recently purchased the Denqbar Professional compactor with vibrating plate 102 kg DQ-0139.

The delivery was very quick and the machine works perfectly.

I am very happy with my choice and DenQbar proved a very good place to find what I wanted. Shipping was fast and packaging very solid. Contact was also friendly and useful. I would definitively buy again and recommend it.

The shredder arrived just within the 5 working day deadline they gave and was in perfect condition.
It was easy to put together, although the instructions were too basic; there was no reference to where you fit the plastic storage box which came with it and I have four assorted nuts and bolts left over (I presume they are spares as I did not seem to need them to build it).
Having filled and checked the engine it started on the first pull and runs very well. I have used it for about an hour so far. It is easily powerful enough to cope with what it promises. I am still working out how to load it without jamming it, particularly the branch funnel. It may take up to 76mm but if the branch is even slightly bent it won't go through the bottom hole. Taking off the 4 bolts to unclog it, particularly in the field, is really annoying.
The overall build quality looks very good to me. It is a solid and heavy machine.
The machine's value for money is good, but the delivery charge is quite high at 70€.
Suggested improvements? When I was researching the market, most of the other suppliers I looked at sent you the 10W30 engine oil with their machine. This is probably because it is quite hard to find, but it is also a nice courtesy when the customer is spending 820€.
I would happily recommend both the machine and the supplier.

Excellent customer service and great responsiveness in case of any questions or problems with using their products.

The device is working well but the wheels are to weak for the total weight (DQ-0231-5.1kW) and the left one was broken after less than 5 hours of use.
I have been contacted by the customer service from Denqbar and they will fix my problem by replacing the wheels : great services !
