No good can come of using this dentist

I have been going to Dr Hendrix at Dental Associates in Grinnell for the last 5 years. Services were good in the beginning but the last two years I have received 2 faulty caps and an implant that is too low causing my bite to be off and resulting in pain.
I was referred by her to an endodontist recently who performed a root canal. He viewed my implant and took 360 degree X-rays. He advised the implant was improperly done and needed to be replaced.
I contacted dental associates and advised them and instead of agreeing to examine my implant, they referred me to yet another doctor. This has been routine for the past two or three years. Dr Hendrix refuses to take responsibility for her mistakes. On one of my crowns she installed the next visit she ostensibly found a cavity just under the crown and used a filling. In the weeks after my tooth became infected and resulted in the tooth being replaced by the implant.
On two occasions I was charged for X-rays but when other dentists requested them dental associates couldn’t find them.
I don’t recommend Dr Hendrix for any dental work as she didn’t even probe or examine my teeth after the last cleaning session.
