Clinica di Orio al Serio
Ci vado da quasi vent’anni, prima di diventare Dental Pro era affiliata ad altri gruppi.
I medici sono eccezionali, lavorano bene e seriamente sia con adulti che bambini.
Purtroppo negli ultimi anni abbiamo tutti progressivamente cambiato dentista di riferimento a causa delle INTERMINABILI ATTESE.
Nonostante appuntamenti fissati con almeno un mese di anticipo sono cronicamente in ritardo, ci sta e sarei anche paziente se il ritardo fosse di 15 minuti, o anche di più se fosse occasionale ma….
Aprile: mezz’ora di attesa
Maggio: 40 minuti
Giugno: 62 minuti
Luglio: (oggi) 45 minuti

Non ricordo i ritardi da Settembre dello scorso a Marzo ma sinceramente sta diventando insostenibile.
La risposta? Eh, ci arrivano i pazienti che non ci han riferito un problema e dobbiamo risolvere impiegando più tempo, poi abbiamo anche le urgenze da inserire.
Io ci vedo invece un serio problema di gestione.
