First time to order from this site - email to say waiting for stock to be replenished whilst not stating which items. Having read the only other 2 reviews it looks like this is an issue!
I have ordered a few times from Dentalshop. My last order was out of stock and was advised promptly about reason for delay, and revised delivery estimate. Around the estimated delivery time, I was contacted again and It transpired that the product was no longer available, and was offered an alternative, and as a gesture of good will for the delay was sent 2 products for the price of one! Many thanks!
I buy a specific brand of toothpaste from them. For the last order there wasn't enough in stock to fulfill my request completely. When I asked for the order to be reduced so that I wouldn't have to wait it was no problem. Full refund for the balance was received promptly.
