We ordered a fully retractable pergola with sides in May. We went through a supplier and had Nick, their representative come and look at where it would go and everything seemed okay. A quote was sent to our supplier which was accepted. Unfortunately everything since then has not gone well. We were told it would be 6 weeks. Here we are in July with no sign of getting the product. We are told that they won't even arrive at the UK depot so installation would not be until September at the earliest. Nick has been difficult to get hold of and apparently not replying to emails. I have tried to email head office just to make sure the facts are right but have had no reply. Customer service is rubbish. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed.

This is our third year dealing with Deponti, we sell more of their products than we do of other companies for a several reasons, first of all the goods are stocked in the UK which means we do not have to stock the products, we either collect or use Deponti' s haulier, we have confidence that the 30,000 sq. ft warehouse, showroom and offices give our company the back up instantly of which we do sometimes require. the sales team are knowledgeable and easy to speak to you and of course the team in the office are amazingly helpful. they all get a deserved 5 star from Greystone Garden Rooms

I purchased a Deponti electric louvered roof from a supplier in the UK who installed it for us.
After about a year, there was an issue in the roof would not open or close. The original supplier installer a company called Stone Mitchell were completely unhelpful and so I resorted to calling Deponti direct.
They have gone out of their way to help me sending an engineer from the Netherlands who spent a day and a half dismantling and reinstalling the roof delighted with their service and thoroughly recommend them
