Ordered some gym shark clothing , they sent wrong items and no reply when I contacted them to return it even exchange . Will defo not be using these again as they have robbed my money basically 😡

I did receive the item, a top, I ordered but it was huge. I then looked into getting a refund. They said I needed to return it to CHINA!!!! It would cost a fortune, dearer than the top’s cost itself. They then offered me a paltry refund of 15% saying I could use that money to get the item altered! To say I am u happy is an understatement. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. An angry customer.

Usual crap . Middle men for China . U can’t get a refund . Just a big blag and scammers.

Terrible service and when I finally got the product ( well after the 45 day delivery promise) they wouldn’t give me a refund... absolutely shocking and dishonest company - warning DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Shouldn't be allowed to trade by pretending to be a UK company only for the product to be sent from China. I ordered two toys for gifts and they arrived in a plastic bag with battered boxes. Was offered a refund proving I returned the product to China at my own expense. You all know how that works, costs more than the goods. Absolute shocking customer service, don't waste your money on dishonourable traders.

Had to put a star but no zero there!!! Wish I had read reviews. After waiting weeks my boots arrived. Plastic imitation of the leather ones ordered. Asking for photo as proof. They KNOW what they sent!!! Constant emails but doubt refund will happen. DO NOT USE. Absolutely furious about it.

Been trying to get the missing charger for a fitness training watch I ordered. Got the watch....useless without the charger but absolutely no response from the company except asked me to take a picture of the package and since then...
nothing. Didn't want to give them any stars....dont deserve one, but it was the lowest I could award. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY....WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.

I ordered a cctv camera and after chasing up delivery I finally received a sd card and no camera, and now same as other of other people I am being told to return it to china at my own time and expense. Total con artists.

Although this is a uk return address on the parcel, if I want a refund I have to send it tracked back to China, the cost is more than the item is worth. BEWARE OF BUYING FROM CHINA.

I just received large parcel of Christmas socks which I never ordered.I am very worried about how they got my name and address. I only ever order through Amazon Prime. Can anyone advise on what to do?

Today 31/10/2020 I have received a wrist Watch from ECX Uk. Just to confirm I have never traded with ECX and I have not ordered this watch.

Goods did not work and of very poor quality. Despite the 100% money back guarantee, there has been no refund forthcoming, just a constant request for videos demonstrating the fault, which were sent on first request. Do Not Buy from this company, you can buy the same goods at a fraction of the price elsewhere.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this website. The items delivered were scratched, second hand, even dirty. Packaged in plain cardboard boxes without instructions but advertised as new. After asking for a refund and sending photos I had several responses ranging from yes you can have a refund, to actually disregard that, you can't because the item is not broken. I got an email saying they were sending more (which I had not asked for) and another asking me to return the items to China at my own cost. Sadly I have not seen a penny of my money refunded, they have refused. This company is a scam. Please don't waste your hard earned money.

I bought one of their Pilates exercise bars way back in June 2020 one of the stretch bands broke on the first use used exactly as their diagram showed sent them email they asked for photographic evidence,
They agreed to replace I have been waiting for the item too arrive.
Sent several emails to remind them, now in October they tell me they cannot replace item because it is over 30 days from purchase.
This company should not be allowed to carry on trading they have no honour to their customers.

I ordered a bath tub and recieved a swim cap. Total scam. I am returning but don’t hold any hope of a refund . Please think twice ordering on facebook

I had to put a star in order to be able to write this and open the page. It should have no stars. This company are clearly unreliable. Untrustworthy and should not be able to trade. As most of these entries items have not been received and a request for refund is being blatantly ignored which is clearly a sign of a corrupt set up. STAY CLEAR !!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered an item back in april costing almost £50..
The item never arrived and I have been asking for a refund for the last 4 months.. the website states if item does not arrive in 45 days money back guarantee, very bad service.. does not keep the promise, I still don't have my item or a refund.. im taking this further for investigation and below reviews show this company is not to be trusted.

Placed an order 19 April and still not received the items. They keep offering a 30% discount on my next order when I contact them by way of compensation but no refund! As if I would ever order anything from this company again
