Kelly, I cannot express the amazing experience of a once in a lifetime family Derby Weekend .I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our DerbyBox experience! Our hotel, Drury was in a fantastic location. Grandstand seats you suggested perfect !! May have been our first time , because our derby box experience it will not be our last !

DerbyBox was very helpful in making my derby experience an excellent one. They were helpful, friendly and informative. Good parking and instructions.

Kelly was always in contact and answered any questions I had.I was very Leary having never done anything like this.She eased my anxiety about the hotel stay as well. After my son helped me to put everything on Google wallet it was easy.
It was very crowded more than I expected, traffic was pretty hectic
Any negative thoughts have nothing to do with Derby box

I buy our derby and oaks tickets from here every year no issues and great prices!

Derbybox is top notch!
My sons and so wanted the b s seats and they delivered exactly what they said they would deliver, always kept me abreast and kept their word. I could not recommend anybody better, first class firm!

DerbyBox.com was GREAT!! My group had a lot of questions and they replied timely via email and had lots of good information. We bought front row tickets for the Oaks races and it could not have been easier. They got us close to the aisle as requested and the tickets were electronically moved to my account by mid-late April. It could not have worked any easier. Oaks was great and our seats were amazing. Will definitely use Derbybox.com again. Thanks!!!

No refunds from there. I was hoping to get my refunds soon but it has been for twoo weeks of silence. Better find another company.

Derby box is refusing to refunds. They have had the use of my money for several months and now they want to keep my money for another year if they are still in business from law suits. I would not even buy Zoo tickets from this company.

I am still waiting to hear back from them. Many phone messages and emails. I am in Canada and the borders are closed. How am I supposed to get there? My lawyer suggested trying to work it out with them directly first. I am still hopeful that they will get back to me with some kind of resolution.

Buyer BEWARE! I've been asking for them to refund my tickets since the date was changed. Not only do they refuse to help, they have switched the seats I purchased and are STILL unwilling to refund. Filing with the FTC and my attorney hoping to recoup at least part of the cost. Do not be fooled!!

Horrible customer service. Can’t get calls back. And can’t make it with the date change. They want 20% more and to transfer ticket to next year. Buy your ticket elsewhere.

DerbyBox is now offering to transfer tickets to 2021 from 2020 at a 20% increase ahead of time. This means they get to pocket the 20% and hold your money for another year. If the increase winds up being 5%- they get the net as profit. Not great customer support- buy your tickets elsewhere!

Excellent! Honest! Easy transaction.

They messed up my order and then were rude to me about it. I thought I had purchased a good deal and they told me there was a mistake that they took no responsibility for. They took it back after I had a receipt. All the good seats were gone by this time. I received a link to review for my “purchase” also. They were hostile and it did’t seem right because it was their misake.

Called before purchasing. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Talked me into purchasing less expensive tickets than I had planned for. Only wish I would have know our seats were beside a volume w/ large pipes coming from the 3rd floor. Obstructed view to the finish line. Other than that, great experience. would use again.
