The AI chat assistant was not at all…
The AI chat assistant was not at all helpful with my question. I was supposedly transferred to a person, but I'm not 100% sure that happened.
The 15% off coupon I get with each order is never valid for the products I order. I asked when the product line I usually purchase might have a "special offer" in the future, which happens occasionally, but I was given no information. The customer service experience has declined, IMO.

I got nothing
I got nothing. They dropped my order to wrong address. Customer service is bad. They did not replacement or refund to me. I am.not sure if I am going to get my product. I asked for a refund because I don't think the product is from USA. The shipping carrier is UniUni. I know if some stuff from China, usually they used this shipping company for transfer product from China to their store then ship to customer. But I don't get my refund yet. Not recommended this website because return or refund is hard. Maybe we will lost money and also get nothing.
