I have been using Derrick App for B2B lead generation, and it has made the entire process much more efficient. The integration with Google Sheets is smooth and saves a lot of time since everything can be managed in one place.

Finding emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles is quick and fairly accurate, which reduces a lot of manual effort. The AI features also help in organizing and qualifying leads, making day-to-day work easier.

Overall, it is a reliable and easy-to-use tool that has improved my workflow significantly. Definitely useful for anyone involved in sales, outreach, or research.

This is the best tool I’ve used in Google Sheets for enriching leads, finding companies, removing duplicates, and more. No external tools needed. I just love it.

Scam!!!! I have cancelled my account several times. It was never cancelled.

This is a terrible app, and terrible company. Thieves and crooks.

They continued to bill me for months after it had been cancelled.

They don't respond. Avoid at all cost!!

As others have stated it's a pretty big rip off when you cancel your subscription they just take all of your credits it doesn't matter if you had 10s of thousands of them. Also a response of "it's in the fine print" is just kind of bs. It's a horrible business practice I'll make sure to recommend everyone I know in the lead gen space, which is thousands, not to use this.

Major scam, all your PURCHASED credits will be remove when canceling the subscription.

When the app works, it's a great tool. But it's been eating credits without working and it's almost impossible to get a reply from support within a reasonable time span. They eventually refunded some credits and said the data issue (apparently the cause of the lost credits) was fixed, but the next time I used it I could see credits disappearing fast with no results. I sent a video and about five chasing messages since via email and through their support form within the app, but have heard nothing. It's a business tool and should be properly supported - I need it working - but it's a nightmare communicating with them.
