My daughter bought a pair of jorts…
My daughter bought a pair of jorts which were too large. I emailed and was told they would happily exchange the jorts. I sent the jorts back to them and many many weeks later I’m still waiting for the smaller jorts which were promised to me. They are now ignoring my email.

Terrible customer service, I bought some jeans in size 28 and they delivered me the jeans in size 36. They demanded that I cover the return shipping costs. They are at fault and I have to take the blame. Otherwise the jeans are reliable

Delivery and return policy
Long delivery, about 1 month, quality of the item wasn't good, return policies arent great, you pay for the cost of shipping back the product, and you dont get reimbursed on the delivery fee. So overall, paid 35 euros for a product that came late and was not good.
Disgraceful company
I ordered my son a large order of clothes for his Christmas presents. I ordered on 25th November. Come 23rd December, nothing had come. My son's Christmas was completely ruined. I was royally messed around by Derschutze and my their courier. I received emails every day from December 27th saying my order was out for delivery but no one came. I eventually had to drive down to the courier's depot and beg them to let me in as they wouldn't let me in at first. Eventually I got in and they spent ages looking for the parcels. These were eventually located but did not contain everything I ordered. It is now August and I have had zero resolution from Derschutze. They are a morally bankrupt company. Do not order from them!
Scam artist company - avoid
I ordered two items but only one arrived. I immediately contacted them to raise the issue and they have proceeded to mess me around for over 7 weeks now. They only respond to emails when I chase multiple times, often going 2-3 weeks with no response. They have given vague answers, promising to get back to me soon with a resolution then going silent for weeks. I have requested a refund for the missing item multiple times. My only conclusion with the level of incompetence and evasion is that they are hoping by wasting my time I will simply give up. Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy anything from this company. Reading other reviews I should have realised my mistake in ordering from them.
8 weeks and the order still hasn’t arrived!
The clothes are great, but we have waited over 8 WEEKS now for the order to be delivered. We have contacted them so many times and they have said “it’ll be out this week” and it’s just not happened.
No one there could care less and this is a big order!
Worse quality than H&M
I bought a pair of jorts for €98 that ripped after only two wears under normal use. Despite providing photos and explaining the situation, the company refused a refund and only offered a 25% store credit. This is unacceptable for such an expensive item. Poor quality. I will not shop here again and do not recommend this brand.
Update: They have finally given me a refund after long period of wait.
Derschutze Scam!
Yusuf, the brand owner, is a complete scammer! He wasted 15 days of our time, demanding a detailed 40+ inch pattern for just $50. We had to cancel the order. Later, he approached us again, slightly increased the budget, but still didn’t pay. After making us work for two weeks, he refused to pay, blocked us, and vanished. We tried everything to reach him, no response. He stole our money. Disgusting behavior!

Took 3 weeks to ship (Germany-England). After shipment they arrived after 2 days as said on their website. Overall great quality on the jorts i got. Was uncertain due to some reviews on here but honestly they’re Worth the wait; patience is a virtue.

Until now I still dont have any visibility when I'm going to receive the missing pants. This is truly unacceptable!
There is no customer service number to call to and i'm waiting for days to get an update. Until now, no response from the follow up emails.
I have ordered 2 items but this is the first time that this happens. It's such a shame that this leaves a very bad impression on you should things go wrong.
I love love love their hoodie!!
I bought 2 zip hoodies from them, one in M and one in L. I was confused on why I couldn't buy 2 hoodies of the same size, but I was lucky that I needed different sizes anyway. The quality is actually INCREDIBLE and I've never felt a fabric this nice and thick before. The embroidery was also nicely done and I've gotten a couple compliments on it already with how cool the design is. There was also absolutely no problem with the shipping, it was fast and nothing to complain about. I've had it for more than half a year now and it still looks brand new!

the sizing is actually trash, i order an xl and get a medium, quality has skydived so much that a hoodie at h&m would have a better quality and fit. So disappointed in this brand. So sad to see a promosing brand drop so severely in quality just to make more money once they become well known.

I visited their store in London and was surprised about the quality and details of the items. So back home I decided to order from their website, big mistake. As some of the reviews already mentioned the shipping time is longer than expected.
Once the item arrived I saw that it has a small factory flaw which was on the back of the jeans. I contacted the customer service and it took quite some time to get an answer. I was not satisfied with the 20% and later 30% discount so I asked for a return. I am in my right to get a full refund within 14 days of receiving my order. They have to approve your return and there is no information on how to return the product yourself.
I already sent multiple emails, but it is so hard to get in contact with the customer service. Very disappointed in the service they offer since it is a nice brand.
Jeans lose color
Ok shipping time, nothing bad for a small company, the hoodies are in good quality, and have passed the test of time, But the jeans do lose color pretty fast. I would buy from them again, just not jeans
