Bought this pencil to replace my other pastel pencil as it was getting well used
These are good quality pencils, overall. However, the leads are often broken throughout the core, or break too readily when sharpening. So much of the pencil is wasted, and at £2 per pencil, that gets quite expensive.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. These pencils do have a softer core than most pencils so they require a pastel pencil sharpener to reduce breakage. Excellent pencils
Great pencil. I use mainly for adding light to my black ink sanntangle tiles and adding shade to white ink on black sanntangle tiles.
