The actual product was great, but...

The actual product was great, but it was a very confusing and long process to get it or them, sine it turned out my order was sent in two different packages. One by Budbee (which was my choice) and the other part surprisingly by FedEx, which was a really bad decision, since any delivery to consumers seems to be a big problem for them.

I received very mixed information about my order and did not know until when the Budbee delivery was picked up that the order was spit into two deliveries. I never received any explanation to this and instead of getting this present in 4 day (they promised 2-5 days) it took 9 days! Please do not use FedEx for your future deliveries!

Slightly slow shipping and OK quality

The shipping was mentioned as taking 3-4 business days, but it took 5 business days (not a big deal, but worth mentioning).

I'm glad I received 40% off of the posters, since I would have been upset if I paid full price for these prints on regular matte paper.

Terrible packaging and quality

Super disappointed that the posters were all delivered rolled up within one another in just a cardboard box not even the plastic tube. The box itself was in weak shape because of the snow and sort of open at the top. Do they not consider the weather? A lot of bends in the poster and the quality wasn’t great either. Avoid this site.

Delayed order

Very disappointed to the experience overall. Delivery was promised in 2-4 days, and now it has been 2,5 weeks and finally got the delivery scheluded. Nowhere was said that the order comes in two different packages (or that the other package is delivered by FedEx which is just not handy for a person that goes to work daily). Felt that the customer service was not even sorry about the inconvenience.

Poor quality of pictures

Colours of these posters are pale and pictures are unsharp. Also in my opinion it would look better if you would use glossy paper instead of matte.

Posters were nice but packaging not very thick and corner was bent on arrival hence all three posters had a crease.
After reading my review Desenio contacted me and offered a 30% refund even though fault was more with postal system. Good customer relations means I will use again.

Amazing customer service

The 50x70 picture had some oil/dirt/ brown patch on it which doesn’t seem like printing issue but bad handling of the printed picture.

Update:
The Desenio team contacted me and sent a new poster with an extra gift poster. The delivery was flawless, thank you.
