This is my second review because my issue is still unresolved.

After my first review, Desertcart responded and assured me that I would receive a refund within **24 hours**. That promise was never fulfilled.

It has now been **more than a week**, and I have received **no refund, no update, and no response** to my follow-up messages.

Making promises just to respond to a public review without actually resolving the issue is unacceptable. My order was delivered to the wrong address, I was initially told to contact the people at that address myself, and now I'm still waiting for the refund that was promised.

This has been the worst customer service experience I've had with an online retailer. I cannot recommend Desertcart based on how they have handled this situation.

THE BEST

In one word - It's FANTASTIC!! I have been shopping here since one year but never faced any issue. Yes, I'm always little bit anxious (you can say it's my nature) and whenever I place an order, I frequently contact the live chat support and desertcart team via mail BUT they are never rude to me, they always try to resolve the issue very politely which I like the most. They are the BEST customer support and live chat support team as I always say. You can reach out to them 24×7. I can say IT IS THE BEST SHOPPING PLACE for international branded products.

They are literally a SCAMMER

They are literally a SCAMMER , they deduct an amount from my Visa card 700 AED for pro membership which I didn’t sign for this and they refuse to refund it .. I’m escalating thins to higher sector to deal with them , NO PLACE FOR SCAMMER IN UAE !!!!
