Customer service is dishonest

Customer service is dishonest, they will do anything to not reimburse you if you make a return.

Worse Service ever

I have bought an armchair with Design Best Seller in May as they told me via phone and email that they will have the item in stock in 6 weeks. That took them 3 months, which in a world where supply chain is complicated could be acceptable. But 3 months after they have received the item, I am still waiting for their delivery and the customer service (if you can call that that way) is asking me to do the follow up with their delivery company and arrange it all. The team I purchase is over £2,000 (€2200), I find the service absolutely inexistent, inefficient, and I would like to urge consumers not to order from this company.

Please read their reply. The only thing I can say about their customer service is that they reply to emails and they are courteous and nice. That does not change the fact that they are totally inefficient. They do not talk to end consumer before scheduling delivery date for piece of furniture. They do not help end consumer except by sending a tracking link that does not work and let the end consumer without any help for 8 weeks
Based on my emails and their positive answers the product should have been delivered in November. We agreed on a week window for their delivery. They did not do any follow ups and they did not make it happen We are now in January, let see if this product will be delivered. I am very doubtful.

In any case they are plenty of websites who sell "Gubi" furniture, so why use them. It is not that they have any exclusive products.

We have gladly checked your order. It is true, we received your chair later than expected. We are very sorry about it.

However, it seems that it isn't easy to delivery to you as you are not very often at your house available. Indeed, we tried to delivery to you at the end of september: you asked us to return the delivery because we weren't available before november.

We sent the order again in november. As you live in Switzerland, you need to pay the customs fees to the carrier before you can receive the delivery. You told us that you paid the customs costs a few days before Christmas. That's why the carrier couldn't delivery you before.

Today, you asked us to deliver to you on the 23rd of january.

We are doing our best to deliver you but because of your agenda, it isn't easy for us and our carrier. Moreover, the carrier informed us that he counldn't reach you over the phone and you didn't replied to him via email when he tried to place the apointment with you. You also told us that you weren't in Swizertland lately so that your phone number wasn't accessible.

Our customer service has always answered to you very quickly via email of phone. But please be aware that if you don't answer our carrier or pay the customs fees quickly, we can't deliver to you.

Don't hesitate to contact us again for any further questions.
