Refusing to Refund or Replace Missing Order
I ordered from this company for 570£ and my parcel was sent with Royal Mail. According to tracking, it was “delivered” — but I never received it. I suspect it was stolen or lost in transit.
When I contacted the company, they refused to send a replacement or refund my money because they “trust” Royal Mail and are waiting for Royal Mail’s investigation. This is completely unacceptable — my contract is with the seller, not Royal Mail. I paid for goods I never received, yet I’m being left out of pocket while they wait for answers.
Good companies take responsibility and make sure their customers get what they paid for. Unfortunately, this business is choosing to make me wait indefinitely instead of resolving the issue. I will not be ordering again and would advise others to be cautious and find other reliable companies to buy your products.

The customer’s order was shipped immediately after purchase and, according to Royal Mail, was marked as delivered. When the customer reported that she had not received the parcel, we opened an investigation with Royal Mail in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Once Royal Mail confirmed that the parcel had been lost, we immediately shipped a second replacement order at our own expense to ensure the customer received her products. In the end, both parcels eventually reached the customer, and the customer returned one of them to us.
The matter was therefore fully resolved, and the customer was never left without products or out of pocket.
We always do our best to resolve delivery issues, but sometimes courier errors are beyond our immediate control. In such cases, we follow correct procedures while also taking responsibility to make sure our customers receive their orders.
