Unfortunately, kids' bikes are not fully assembled when ordered for home delivery. I can see that we haven't communicated this clearly enough on our website, and that's something we'll look into improving.

professional and quality service upgrade
Design Cykel Tåstrup Both Danni and Flemming were helpful and professional with the service of my Gazelle el-bike.
When I bought my el- bike I did not receive any guidance or help from the personnel working in the shop at the time. This is necessary for maintenance and warranty of an el-bike.
When I bought my bike online from Design Cycle I was informed it was available and I could go and pick it up. When I went to pick it up I was told then by the personnel in the shop to go and wait in a cafe for 3 hours. I live in another part of Copenhagen. I received no information on maintenance nor guidelines of warranty at the time. An unprofessional encounter. Then After picking it up I had to go to 3 different shops where I live who are Gazelle dealers in a month to get the bike adjusted/repaired.
NOW due to a UPGRADE in both personnel and service/maintenance I received the proper service.

Amazing experience, helpfully and friendly staff
I bought my gravel bike from Aarhus store, the stuff was really helpful and explained lots of things about gears to me, also helped me choose the correct bike.

Great service!
Arrived in DK from Canada and had amazing service at Design Cykler Odense C
St. Gråbrødrestræde 10 Odense C. We had gone to three other places in Odense and the service had been very poor but when we walked into Design Cycle down town Odense we were greeted by an amazingly friendly and helpful sales person Martin. He helped us buy our first E-bikes. Thank you DC Odense for such outstanding customer service! We will be repeat customers!

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, got my cycle sooner than expected. Removing one star due to an inconvenience I had with the bike, in that the chain was slipping on certain gears. I had to take my bike to an affiliated shop in Frederiksberg at my own expense to have it corrected. Staff were more than helpful when I called, though.
