We have had a really bad experience with this company. They laid expensive kitchen tiles for us with Karl’s guarantee that if you ever have a problem “you have our guarantee that we’ll fix it”. We alerted them to a lifting tile and Karl came out to view, he acknowledged the problem and committed to resolve it. We are now worried that other tiles may also be a problem.

That was in excess of 12 months ago and despite repeated calls, e-mails and visits to the showroom, they have failed to make any effort to resolve the matter. They now don’t respond to any contact. We are so disappointed with their performance despite Karl’s promises.

For balance we had a good experience with them on laying a carpet.

Got this company out to fit out my premises. Spent a lot more than I had intended on the advice of Carl. Was delighted with the results.
Until 2 years on I’ve loose tiles coming. Which I didn’t think would be a problem after being told I wouldn’t have to even think about my floor for 10 years. When I called to see what we could do and how to fix the problem. Carl told me there was a 1 year warranty and basically to jog on. I wasn’t looking for anything free. I was willing to pay to fix the problem. After spending just shy of €30,000. To be told we don’t do fit out any more and not even come out and have a look is disgraceful. I would not recommend. Extremely expensive in the first place but then not to want to help or find out what the issue is is disgusting. I certainly don’t run my business like that. I’m still in shock to be honest!!!

Such a fantastic choice when you visit. Really love the tiles I went for in the end. A friendly and professional service.
