My glasses have been across the ocean twice! The first time, I inadvertently ordered progressive sunglasses instead of transitions. I love the frames, so I contacted Lucy, who told me they would change them free of charge ( other than shipping). My prescription has been slightly off, so they adjusted that. I got them back the other day, and they are great!

I had an excellent experience ordering prescription Miu Miu sunglasses from Designer Glasses Boutique. I needed the order within a tight timeframe and DGB were helpful, courteous and efficient in ensuring I received the order well in advance. It's right to always be a bit skeptical of online glasses boutiques but I'm happy to confirm that this was a very positive experience and I would certainly use them again.

This eyewear and care company is truly one of the best in the world. I purchased a pair of frames and prescription lenses, but when they arrived, the prescription didn’t seem right for my eyes. They recommended that I have my eyes rechecked, which I did, and it turned out my prescription was different from the one Specsavers had given me. The company replaced my lenses at no cost, and I even ordered another pair of glasses with the new prescription. Everything fits perfectly now, and I’m impressed by the excellent value and communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this company and will definitely return in the future.

Recently ordered a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses, spoke with a very knowledgeable member of staff on the phone before placing the order online. Delivered in 48 hours to N. Ireland. Delighted with the service and the product and saved over £130 from full retail on OP website.

Website was easy to navigate and place order. Would like to see better sizing of frames. Size and shape is a big factor in whether a frame is suitable for your prescription and the glasses actually working for you correctly.

I just received my second pair of glasses from DGB, and I am thrilled with my purchase once again! The staff was amazing with both Lucy and Emma go above and beyond to ensure I would be happy. The delivery was prompt, and the product has far surpassed my expectations. This time, I ordered DITA Statesman Three frames with Zeiss varifocal lenses. They arrived well-packaged, superbly crafted, and complete with all the necessary authentication documents. My first pair,Tom Ford Snowdon sunglasses in Havana with varifocals were equally impressive. I enthusiastically recommend DGB and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Speed of delivery and quality of glasses.

The quality of the glasses and the customer service is top class. Prices are much more affordable compared to glasses shops that offer the same brands!

There was an issue with the original glasses I had ordered due to the supplier of the frame, but the customer support was fantastic at keeping me regularly updated and ensured my glasses arrived much sooner than I expected.

I will definitely be using Designer Glasses Boutique again!
