Thieves and getting away with it!!

Are only helpful up until you order something.

They post incorrect images to trick you to order incorrect items, send partial orders, aren't in when you return items (at your expense) and then don't get back to you when you request what you've paid for!

Enjoy the journey of speaking to Citizens Advice, Filling in claims with your bank, only to get them rejected months later.
£800 out of pocket with a few useless items that are unsellable and certainly not recuperable in cash!

Ordered bathroom cabinet 22/9/23 - #1748. Not had any delivery info, no response to email sent and call I made yesterday. Now worried it’s a scam. If designer rads can communicate with me and fulfil order I’ll happily change rating

Havent received item to date as coirier company totally shambolic no notification that item was going to be delivered so no one in then as every other courier company has during the situation has left it taken a picture no problem needed item asap now have to wait till they can redeliver so do i have to wait in till then as again no date given. tnt are absolutely rubbish

Good quality towel radiator, sensible price and very prompt delivery.

Excellent service and price. I ordered a towel rail on-line and it duly arrived three days later. I have fitted it today, in place of the existing one that was 12 years old. Would recommend using Designer Rads if you want good service.

I am delighted with the radiator it came on time well packaged, it looks amazing and matches one bought a couple of years ago so I know it will heat the room, I did struggle to find this website, but that’s my fault for not remembering the make of radiator I got last time! ( iv made a note for next time) I so nearly didn’t find this product and nearly purchased an inferior item , google seems to only show a few companies at first ! It was worth the search though , I would recommend this radiator and this company to anyone .def 5 star !

The radiators & fittings - Plugs, Air vents and tailpipes were excellent. I was surprised to find the support brackets to be made of plastic until I found that the in-situ originals were also plastic but were of greater scantlings (thicker). The vent keys were dissapointingly plastic but serviceable. The original turned brass key will be retained. However, overall very good and had no problems with the installing of them.

I purchased 2 chrome curved towel 500x1400 rads at £82.50 each, including free delivery. They are made by the well-known Italien manufacturer - Biasi. Delivery is next day, if ordered before 2pm and they arrive well packed. The rads are robustly constructed with more than adequate threads when fitting the tailpieces and the horizontal bars are 22mm diameter. The bleed valve can be fitted on either side ...useful in tight circumstances e.g., shelf above.

Eighteen months earlier I purchased the same sized rad and that cost £138!

Like all towel rads nowadays, they come with plastic brackets .... as did my £138 one.

They've been fitted and I'm really pleased to say: good product and good delivery.
