Really friendly and helpful staff
We ordered a grand chesterfield from the designer sofa company and there was a slight issue with the order-The after sale manager( Samantha Wilkinson)was really helpful and understanding- she was one of the most polite people in sales that I have ever come across. Her attitude and telephone conduct was second to none. She managed to get the issue resolved quickly/ calmly and with the best attitude. For a large online company I would recommend these to friends and family. Good Job

Cheap for a reason
There's an old saying that goes 'If something seems to be too good to be true, it usually is' so I went into this transaction with my eyes wide open. From the reviews here I'm suspicious that some of them are fake but who knows, maybe some people have had a good experience. I do know that if you're buying a designer Timothy Oulton chair that normally retails for £3,500 for £600, chances are it's not going to be great.
The aviator chair arrived yesterday, nothing wrong with delivery, it was quick and efficient and the chair was study and looked well made. However, the company had sent a weird beige colour rather than the black I ordered (this is a tactic, more of which later) also and more importantly the materials used were a vinyl NOT leather.
I spoke to someone at Designer Sofas 4U who insisted the chair was leather. It definitely isn't. It smells like plastic and peeling back the underside, you can see the fabric backing.
They offered a £200 refund if I took this review down but then quickly changed their minds after I asked for the money first.
To summarise - don't believe all the good reviews on here although some people may be satisfied and buy with caution. There is a good reason the prices are low - read the bad reviews first.

First class service
First class service from start to finish. Would not normally have bought online but read previous reviews. I had a lot of contact with customer service via online chat , emails and phone calls for ordering to delivery. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything from design, firmness of cushions and studding. They even recommended have a swatch of the leather before i placed my order . I order the Buckingham 3 seater sofa, a chair and a footstool. I must say the quality is excellent and the prices very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. They put the customer first to make sure they get exactly what they ask for and Custer service is brilliant.

No ethical standards
A company that does not have any ethical standards. They have now spammed my email account more than twice when I have had no prior contact with the company at all. I have never inquired or bought any of their products. They are just blatant spammers with complete disregard for the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and other UK data protection and privacy laws.

We were looking to replace our old chesterfields like for like, found this company online and arranged a visit,Kayleigh at the showroom/factory was amazing especially as I was struggling to make up my mind.. over 2hrs later I almost decided, paid a deposit and went home. Next day I rang with a changed order, not a problem. My new suite was delivered on time, I was kept in the loop with delivery and even with all the bad weather it was still on time, the delivery guys were brilliant and my new suite is amazing and at a fabulous price, I highly recommend this company.

Would fully recommend. Website is easy to use, there are great discounts when you buy sets. Lead time was less than a month despite my sofas being made from scratch. Delivery driver kept us updated on the day of delivery and were very helpful when they arrived with my items. The quality of our sofa and arm chairs is fantastic. Beautiful Beautiful purple sofa!
I new my sofa would be beautiful as I already had a chair in the same colour. The service and delivery were great. I was just slightly disappointed that the underside of cushions were not made with same material and therefore will not be able to turn them. Otherwise, happy with purchase and would recommend the company
