My best recommendations.

Called the company to ask about a product I wanted to buy as I could see it was first in stock in few days and I had a deadline for when I've needed it. The nice lady on the phone have double checked when the product was arriving to their warehouse and confirmed that it should be no problem for delivery to reach me on time. I've ordered the product online right away and could track the progress of my order throughout the process, which i find was very nice and assuring on a tight deadline. I've received my order on time and feel very happy with the service.

I had bad experince with this company

I had bad experince with this company. Ordered a lamp that had delivery time as 5-6 days. I contacted the company after 2 weeks and got a reply that delivery information will be updated when they have the product from the manufacturer. After about 1.5 months there was no update and finally cancelled the order and for the product from another source in 5 days.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We couldn´t get a delivery date form the vendor caused by delays from covid-19.
This has made a lot of issues of delays and especially the delivery date on your order kept being unconfirmed. We hope you found the lamp in another store.
