Terrible design. Didn’t load at all. Kept on refreshing and buffering. Sometimes it just went blank and my guests had trouble booking tickets

Too many tickets
Web site easy to use. However when I arrived venue was full and had to wait outside on a 1 out / 1 in basis ! Too many tickets issued / insufficient scrutiny on door.

Absolutely terrible.
I took a date to see Romeo + Juliet on Valentines Day.
The movie theatre was freezing cold, the sound quality was appalling, and the screen wasn't high enough to make it visible from the back rows. I walked out within the first 10 minutes because it was intolerable.
The only reason I didn't complain and demand a refund was because I didn't want to look like a whining cheapskate in front of my date and dampen the mood.
The staff admitted the heating wasn't working and that the sound was bad, and they even said sorry. But clearly they weren't sorry enough to offer me a refund.
I spent £40 in taxis and £27 on tickets –a complete waste of time and money.

A fun evening
A fun evening! A chance to be a bit creative while chatting with friends 🤗 the only thing that I’d suggest is more choice of items to paint - unless you were quick to pick there were only plates left to paint! But still a very enjoyable evening, and I’m looking forward to seeing the finished pieces!

Pushy and demanding
After booking a free entry ticket to a superbowl venue I was inundated with pushy demanding emails and a deposit if I don’t turn up, I cancelled because it was not customer friendly.

Not impressed at all
You booked it for me and that was that I mailed to ask you questions there was no reply we paid 260 pound for full two course food then they told us they stopped doing food only snacks ie pizza potato skins we booked to have a proper sit down meal not impressed at all

Excellent Night
Great easy booking system. We had a brilliant night at the Secret Comedy Club. A lovely warm welcome and good selection to drink. The comedians were brilliant. Will definitely book again when next in Brighton.

Design My Night was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was so well organised and the atmosphere was just amazing. The host brought such fantastic energy and enthusiasm, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable.
The Christmas party touches especially the hats and festive vibe were brilliant and really made the night feel special and fun. I took a group of about 10 of us and every single person had the best time. 10/10
Such a great experience, full of laughter and great energy. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, memorable night out!
