I had a very disappointing experience with Designtegels. I waited for more than 3 months for my tile order with very little communication. Despite repeated attempts to get an update when I was supposed to receive the tiles, I received no response. Eventually, I had to reach out via Instagram just to get any reply at all. This level of service is unacceptable. The cancellation due to late delivery is also not possible.
