These people are a complete rip off. They take your money, then nothing no calls, no email nothing. They deal with whatsapp and the message history is wiped out in a day or so. They are not professional. They appear to work on the basis that they agree further payments to be made to get people to leave. This has all the hallmarks of a typical fraud and a scam. Have nothing to do with these people. Jose Antonio is supposed to be the director, and Carol Torena both not responding when you get your money. Very questionable activity.

I paid half of the tax and promised 24/72 hours to get the ocupas out of the house…still waiting more than a month.. Not answering the phone and text messages..

They did the job, for that 5 stars. However, they lack communication skills and they have 0 stars for that. They don't reply to txt and if they do, they are rather rude. They don't tell you what is happening until the last minute and then they all call at once in a chaotic manner. The only person who is very nice and professional, with a can-do attitude, is Caroline (so ask for her ;)). Having squatter is already stressful, the bad attitude of the team is not helping at all!

SCAM!!! They promise and lie untill they get the money and than do absolutely nothing. No communication at all. After 4 months we sent a letter from our lawyer requesting a refund, no action was taken by DesokupaCanarias. We are preparing next legal steps. If you have been scammed by them please contact us so we can our case even bigger.

After 4 months we sent a letter with our lawyer demanding a full refund. No action from Desokupas whatsoever. We're preparing our next legal steps against Desokupas. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! ESTAFA!
