One of my favourite brands

One of my favourite brands, the quality of materials is great, the softest cotton I found, and the style is so cute. They are a bit pricey though. I buy their clothes on discount platforms with good purchase conditions, so I'm quite happy.

I am a loyal customer of Des Petits Hauts and I can honestly say that a 5-star rating feels almost too small for this beautiful Parisian brand.

I am constantly purchasing their pieces because their taste, design, and overall aesthetic are truly refined. Every collection reflects effortless elegance, femininity, and attention to detail. The quality of the fabrics and craftsmanship is exceptional — you can immediately feel the difference when wearing their clothes.

Very disappointed in their service

Very disappointed in their service. I have ordered a parcel on the 10th of November and still haven’t received it even though I have paid for it. They can’t relocate my parcel. After more than two weeks I still haven’t received my order. I already asked for a solution but they can’t give me a solution as long as the investigation met the courier hasn’t been finished. I don’t think that I have to be the victim of this problem.

I have not received my order (they…

I have not received my order (they provided a shipping number 3 weeks ago but the tracking shows the parcel has not been picked up by the courier) no solution from customer service, emailed them multiple times. They said they can’t cancel it but they dont give any solution. DHL confirmed the order has not been delivered to them. Reading the rest of reviews I am starting to feel that I won’t receive the order or my money back. Please dont order here

Should we keep buying jeans that last 6 months?

I noticed that the stitches of my jeans bought just 6 months ago are undone. I own 3 pieces of clothing from Des Petits Hauts and it is the second one failing me. Not a big success rate you can say.
I contacted Des Petits Hauts, suggesting that I get my jeans sewed back and send them the bill but the best they could offer was to get the jeans back - I suppose to destroy it - or give me a discount off my next order.
Des Petits Hauts is showing genuine commitment to sustainability here, with incentive to consume more and repair less. Well done, the world needs more of you!

I am very dissatisfied with your…

I am very dissatisfied with your service, I bought shoes for 200 € last year in a bundle sale, asked if they were on sale, but they were not on sale, after 2 weeks I returned them, was not my thing, the shoes at 50%, and I don't get my money back, a coupon instead, ok, I find 1 piece, and get a remaining coupon, I've visited your shop 4 times since December, either exceptionally closed, and last month I found I dress, but the cash register did not work, today I go back to the shop in Hasselt and the store is definitely closed! here I am with my voucher of 161 €! so I lost 161 €! I find this really misleading and fraudulent! I can't enter my receipt online and the store is permanently closed! you guys are scammers i will continue with this!

Poor quality and no help from customer service

Was very pleased with the item I had bought until I washed it. Despite washing according to instructions, it shrank so much that I could no longer wear it (I think it should probably have been marked as dry clean only).

Contacted customer services to ask for a replacement or, failing that, a refund. However, they refused to admit anything was wrong and said such shrinkage should be expected which I found unacceptable.

I like the look of their clothes so would have potentially bought more from them. However, I won’t do this after this experience.

Don’t order there

Don’t order there. Customer service is very bad, they don’t reply. After I had sent back clothes they did not refund the full amount. I wrote three mails but no reply. Paypal cant help, looks like I won’t get the money back.

Very bad experience!

Very bad experience!
I ordered clothes for almost 400Euro. After 2 weeks I didn’t receive anything and also I didn’t get any email. So I wrote to the customer-services and told my problem. They answered my first mail and asked me for the shipping-number. I answered them that I didn’t get any shipping number or any information about my order. I sent them the information I got from the payment with Paypal. After my second email the customer-services didn’t answer anymore. So I wrote to Paypal and explained everything. Paypal was also very confused that this online-shop is not interested to solve problems and is playing with the money of their customers! They directly opened a case and wrote to „des petits hauts“. They gave them 7 days to answer were the order is. Now almost 7 days past and „des petits hauts „ didn’t answer until today to The Paypal Case. Never in my life I had such untrustworthy behavior from an online-shop. They just ignore you, play with your money about weeks and you won’t receive any order. Shameful

There's not possibility to return items

I asked for a refund using the returns form, but I didn't receive any slip.
I wrote an email to get helped and the answer has been a standard email in which they said to do the exactly process I asked help for.
I wrote several emails but they do not answer.
Obviously all this waiting made the 15 days go by. Now I do not have the possibility to return the item that for me is very big and I can't wear.

Qualité médiocre

Voici près d'un an que j'achète des articles de la marque : pulls "maille" en mohair, blouse en soie, jupe à motifs, pantalon en matière jean (Luma, Luce). Mon avis ? Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque, dont la qualité n'est absolument pas au rendez-vous en terme de qualité. On paye cher, pour un vêtement dont la qualité avoisine de la fast fashion. A ce prix, de nos jours, on peut avoir des vêtements de qualité (et du made in France ou Europe, et non une majorité d'articles made in China!). Malgré avoir suivi l'ensemble des instructions de lavage et pris un grand soin avec ces articles, les pantalons perdent leur couleur et se détendent énormément (cela ne m'est jamais arrivé, à un tel point, même avec un pantalon de marque bas de gamme) ; les pulls perdent rapidement leur matière, notamment au niveau des coudes ; la blouse en soie s'effiloche par endroits ; dès réception un bouton de la jupe est directement tombé, et elle a commencé à s'éfilocher ... Bref, évitez d'acheter cette marque, les vêtements ne sont ni de qualité, ni durables, et ne valent pas un tel prix !

I've been buying from this brand for almost a year now: mohair knit sweaters, silk blouses, patterned skirts, denim pants (Luma, Luce). What's my final take on it? Well, I absolutely do not recommend this brand, whose quality is absolutely not what one would expect when paying such high prices. In reality, the quality's basically the equivalent of fast fashion brands. At this price, nowadays, one can have quality clothing (and that's made in France or Europe, whereas here the majority of articles are made in China!) In spite of having followed all the washing instructions and taken great care of these articles, the pants lost their color and loosened up A LOT (this has never happened to me, to such an extent, even with low-end brands); the sweaters quickly lose their fibers, especially at the elbows where it almost become see-through after wearing it 10-15 times tops? ; the silk blouse frays in some places ; as soon as I received the skirt a button directly fell off, and it started to fray... In short, avoid buying this brand, the clothes are neither of quality, nor durable, and are not worth such a price!

Poor quality, poor customer service

Poor quality:
- Knitwears lost colour and shape in washing
- shreds too much: fluffs everywhere, not possible to wear
- Most of the items are made in China (unlike what's stated on the website)
- Sizes (especially length) do not match with their photos

Poor customer service:
- No return label
- No return form
- No refund even after you return the items at your own costs!!!

really not worth the money. Other brands deliver better quality and service even at a lower price

I now and then buy some pieces at Des…

I now and then buy some pieces at Des Petits Hauts' store in Paris (usually during sales). I absolutly love its style and by now I've never had any problems.
This summer I bought a dress (and a blouse), went home, ironed it and tried it on. So far, so good. But when I wanted to pack it away I noticed that the belt's loop was already broken. I was as disappointed as to contact the client service (I paid over a 100 euros nevertheless…). I had to wait a bit because of the summer recess, but they answered me after a while and they were absolutly kind. I sent back the dress (which I paid by myself, obviously) and they transfered me back the whole price (which took another 2-3 weeks), even if it wasn't for my customer right .
I have to say I was very sceptical after reading all these comments on Trustpilot, but I made very positive experiences with their customer service. So five stars for them and their beautiful pieces. :)

I have had the same problem as other…

I have had the same problem as other users. I returned a product and have not been reimbursed. The Client Service does not answer calls or emails. I am at a loss for what to do, as I have had no response in spite of several mails and calls. I feel cheated and helpless. I will never order from this shop again. I strongly advise you to think twice before buying, it is not worth the risk.

DO NOT ORDER! They do not respond at e-mails. If you order you get no information. It’s almost a scam. Exepting your order and money but do not ship or give information about shipping. So you also cannot get your money back.

Ignoring emails and not paying back

The Customer Service does not answer my emails, or I would say they answer emails selectively, only if they want to.
I had the following situation: I placed an order through their online shop and received faulty products (left and right shoe of the same shoe pair had a different size, another pair of shoes had scratches on it). I made multiple pictures illustrating the problem and sent them to des Petits Hauts, asking how to proceed in this unexpected situation. Des Petits Hauts ignored my emails completely.
I returned the purchased items and asked them to cover the rather high international shipment expenses, as outlined in their shop policy. After not receiving the money, I wrote them asking about it and quoting their policy. However, the customer service has decided to completely ignore every single e-mail concerning this topic.
