I ordered a coat and was sent a jacket so l sent it back in october last year l still havnt had a refund and nobody will answer my emails not happy at all as it cost me £20 .00 to send back and the coat was £34.99 l wont be ordering of them again

Don't think even deserve a rating, overall poor service, daylight robbers. Don't ever attempt to pur chase anything from these scammers. No communication with regards to order placed at the beginning of the year way back in January it's now over a month, no communication about order but were good to take my money. I shudder to think what would have become of me had I bought loads of stuff from these scammers!!!!!

Awful company, avoid at cost. Never been scammed before. Rubbish refund policy. You don’t get what you order, it’s beyond sub standard quality and smells rotten.

I ordered 2 jumpers exactly the same. The seams looked like raffie, not finished off at all, too small, I have written to them to return and refund. It looks as though I will be keeping them and no refund. Make up your own mind ??

Very disappointing experience. The quality of the items was poor, with cheap material and an awful design and fit. What was even more frustrating was discovering that although the company presents itself as being based in Sweden, returns had to be sent to China. This resulted in a £23 return postage cost, which I consider misleading and completely unreasonable. While I understand return costs can fall to the customer, this was not made clear at the point of purchase. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend this store to others.

Don’t buy from this company! They use brand labels and photos from original websites so you think they are selling genuine products but they are cheap copies from china with no brand labels. They will make it so difficult to return that you will lose your money. They will try offering you 10% back

My mum recently bought a shirt from this website. IT IS A SCAM. They completely lie about the quality, saying it’s high etc yet when we got the shirt it was cheap and crap. Don’t buy from here. Waste of £36. Can’t get your money back either.

Would give it zero stars if I had the option- ordered what was advertised as a high quality product and arrived with 3 major manufacturing defects and made is very cheap fabric. I sent photos of proof and they are stating they are not defects - I think my 2 year old grandson could have produced a better garment with his hands tied behind his back. Still in battle as requesting a full refund and they are dodging the issue. Absolute scam !

This company is very bad. I ordered two faux fur jackets 8 and 10 to check the sizing. The picture was different to the product. Soon as I started the return process they kept messing me around. When I got the details, I had to pay £33 to return and they ended up sending the jackets back saying out of time. Please do not order from them

Ordered a lovely looking cashmere looking cardigan at a hefty £44, then ordered a second one for another family mamber before receiving the first one as I thought they looked great
Received the first one after around 4 weeks, the quality is abysmal, it looks like something a new knitter would make, absolutely nothing like the picture, when checking over the cardigan I found holes in the sleeves where it should have been sewn/knitted together
The website says the goods come from Sweden but the returns sheet requested that you post the goods back to China at your expense!
Needless to say, I have been well and truly had and now have to write off my £88 and go out and buy two more Xmas presents
What a joke that this company can get away with ripping people off
I have since received an email asking me to review the purchase, however, there is no option using the link to place a review, judging from the 4.7 out of 5 stars, they must be managing their own reviews to make them look like a legit company

Ordered a thin knitted oversized jumper that should fit on the hips and then be ruffled in layers on the body and arms. Looks sophisticated on the catalogue photo. What arrived was a poor quality, badly made garment in a different colour and fabric as that advertised. The stitching was all puckered so I contacted Destiny label un ‘help’ ful desk’ and they replied a few days later first offering 10% refund and keep garment but insisted I wanted a full refund as item is faulty. This pattern has repeated itself with an offer of 20% discount then 30% discount or return at my own expense for a full refund. I then discovered these reviews and the expensive return costs so I’ve repeatedly asked them to cover the returns cost as the item is faulty and they are ignoring me. I’ve submitted a charge back application with my bank and explained in detail the costs involved and that many reviews state that the returns system doesn’t work and I’ll be further out of pocket. I will continue to email destiny label and comment on any advertising they do. It’s a big SCAM steer clear. They tell you that they will give you a 100% refund if you return the item as this generally prevents a bank chargeback and then they can reply with ‘ they haven’t received it’ as it’s your responsibility to make sure it gets back to the warehouse in China. But if it’s faulty they should cover the costs. Let the bank know it’s faulty and the reviews where people don’t get a refund. It will all help to get a charge back.
I will update this post with outcome although it may take a couple of months.

Just had email from Destiny confirming full refund has been issued and no request to return item.
I have already submitted a request to bank for a charge back so I will wait to see if funds go back in my account and then update bank.

Persevere. The clothing they send out is cheap and copies of catalogue photos. It’s all overpriced and they are relying on people giving up and writing it off as a lesson learned. If the item is ‘faulty’ you shouldn’t have to cover postage costs and the reviews show that it’s impossible to track the item back to the warehouse in china. Your bank should get money back if destiny don’t refund you.

An absolute waste of money. The quality of the goods was very poor and returned immediately. After numerous emails regarding my refund I was offered 20% of its original cost or a 100% discount voucher for my next purchase. Realising the company policy and the quality of their goods is terrible I reluctantly accepted the 20% refund and if I get any refund payed back to me. I will never use this company again… I suggest you do the same.

Zero stars really, in fact I would give negative stars if possible. I returned a very disappointing dress …The Post Office attendant warned me that it was likely I will never receive the refund, despite me following all the instructions to the letter. Over 4 weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. Clearly I was scammed. Be careful.

Zero stars. Poorly sized polyester crap clothing with useless customer support and returns. JUST LOOK AT THE REST OF THE REVIEWS. Abysmal.

I returned a dress for a refund and was stalled for months with, "It is stuck in customs our end"
Nearly 4 months later my pack was returned to me by Chinese customs with a label ' Overdue customs declaration'. As there was a declaration from me stuck on the package I am assuming that Destiny had to do something to retrieve it, which they didn't, because they really didn't want to pay me anything.
