Item used - not!!!
First time I bought from this shop via Zalando, and surely the last time. Bought a blouse, tried it on, it was huge and shapeless, immediately packed it into the bag it came in and sent it back. I get a response that I will not have my money back, as the item has clear signs of having been worn!!! Now it’s a matter of principle to see the proof of those “signs” and start the official complaint process. Also upset with Zalando for collaborating with such fraudsters.

I am sorry that the shirt was not to your liking.
Firstly, we are very sorry about this situation and how it has emerged. We never meant to accuse you for sending back an item used, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding in the communication.
The reason why we did not want to accept the shirt, is because we can not take back an item, that is missing the hang tag. It is stated in our policy, that in order to return an item, it needs to include the hang tag. This is why we assumed that the shirt might have been used. We apologise for the lack of communication from our behalf.
We have explained the situation to Zalando, and we are hoping to get the missing hang tag, so that the shirt can be resold. We are a small family owned shop, and we do not have the possibilities to create new hang tags.
Again, we are very sorry about the miscommunication.
