Detur informed me that they cancelled the flights. Not a reliable company to book your vacation. Of course they say it’s agreement. But now I have to replan my holidays. I don’t recommend this company.
If you value your time, money and family's enjoyment, then please do not book with Detur. The holidays they offer are subpar and over-priced for what you get.
More to the point, our family had a terrible experience and we were trapped in a hotel where food and water kept running out and where there were cigarettes and glass all over the floor. We spoke to Detur immediately and were told that if we wanted to change hotel, that we would need to pay Detur more money. It was a total con by Detur.
If you are stuck and need help, Detur will be nowhere to be seen. Detur offer no kind of way out if you are in a bad situation and would not offer us any kind of bettering or upgrade. Detur would only offer to move us to a worse hotel (yes a worse hotel - why would I take my kids to a worse situation????????) and Detur would not even pay for the taxi to get us there. Look out for our video on youtube, where we show all the shocking things at the hotel that Detur provided.
A full google document with over 300 images and videos will be available online this week. We are not making this up. The truth will shock you. Glass in the baby pool, water running out at 37 degrees and you can't drink out of the tap, food running out, old food on the floor, AC broken, children's music played at 104 decibels, (which you can't get away from), rude staff, cigarettes all over the floor - everywhere. No toilet paper, no hand towels. Dirty and unclean hotel.
Detur did nothing. Detur did not help. Detur wanted more money to help get usl out of there. Detur only offered to send us to a worse hotel at our expense.
