Buy with caution at the minute. We have been waiting 16 weeks for garage doors. I'm told delays in Austria with the aluminium! We have been promised more information from the leadership team but no reply. Look like a quality product but, at present, they have a sizeable deposit and we have nothing.
I wish we had gone elsewhere. My garage construction is finished but final decoration etc isn't possible until we have the doors. We are now in the winter with no doors.

Best Doors Money can Buy! Absolutely first class service and the doors are stunning. Exceptional quality. Great Comms throughout the order too. Highly recommend and worth every Penny.

We purchased several doors for our house, and from the very first contact, Deuren provided excellent communication. Visiting the showroom was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I highly recommend that everyone check it out, as it significantly helped us decide.

We used our carpenter to install the doors, which took much longer than anticipated. Therefore, I suggest using Deuren's fitters. We are delighted with the doors' appearance, quality, and finish and would highly recommend Deuren to others.
A special mention goes to Natasha, who was our first contact and was delightful to work with.

Too many examples of poor customer service from this company and rude/arrogant staff. I have dealt with several of the employees here so it unfortunately isnt a bad egg situation but it seems like a terrible culture where being sharp with a customer is ok. Everything is always too difficult and a major battle to resolve. Doors look nice when installed but if something goes wrong (which seems too often to be the case and always the customers fault) then dont expect them to make your life simple. I highly recommend you search for an alternative option. I was asked not to write a bad review so seems that Deuren may be doing its best to fudge their ratings on TrustPilot. I ordered my internal doors a while ago and waited to write this review to avoid Deuren knowing who it was as i got the impression they would be even less helpful if i needed something from them again with my existing doors.

We have just had a new Deuren front door fitted to our home and we are absolutely delighted with it! The style, quality and fit are perfect in every way. Knowing it is hand built in the UK by a family run firm was also important to us, this local feel was also reflected in their first class customer experience. Thanks especially to the fitting team who were knowledgeable, cheerful and very tidy! 1010 and thank you.

If you are reading this review wondering whether or not to use this company, don’t hesitate. I just completed the self build of a new home and Deuren were the definitely best supplier I used throughout the whole process.

My late husband designed and planned our house around my kitchen design and our Deuren doors. He used to say that he didn’t just want these internal doors but our new build house needed them. They are quite simply exquisite. Nobody notices our 2 storey glass atrium once we have opened the front door as they are immediately wowed by the fabulous bespoke walnut doors that literally elevate our project from ordinary to wow. The doors are elegant and everybody without fail admires the stunning doors, stopping to stroke them and admire the hidden hinges and the beautiful matching frames.
The company were outstanding with their customer care. We visited the factory twice as we struggled to choose which colour way to go down and Christian was professional and more than helpful, he even had a mock-up door made as they didn’t have one on display.

When my husband tragically died halfway through the build I knew no matter what I had to complete the project and give a home to the superb doors he loved so much. Christian and Christine went over and above to help me. They were sensitive, very kind and very very professional.Chris the fitter was very skilful and took so much pride in his work ensuring the fitting went without a hitch.
Every day when I open these beautiful doors I smile and remember my husbands love of them and I feel pride that they are part of his legacy.

What a great company. Their doors are top quality and their customer service is amazing. We had countless delays during our process but Deuren were always understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

We couldn't have chosen a better product then the Deuren doors. Our experience from start to finish has been amazing. From Pat helping us to decide which product and what colourway, Christine on the customer service side and then Chris the fitter. The whole process has been stress free and flawless. The end result is just wow. For our redevelopment project, we went for the vario 6 in american walnut door sets. They are just stunning and beautiful quality. Everyone who has visited on completion have passed comment on the doors and the workmanship.
I would definitely recommend Deuren if you are looking for a premium quality door that looks like something from a Grand Design magazine.

I have dealt with the people at Deuren Doors since 2008 when we bought an electric garage door from them. Last year we bought a bespoke front door and are delighted with the quality and service received. Deuren Doors only offer 'reassuringly expensive' products but it is well worth the money. If you want the best in front doors and garage doors then you must try Deuren. Better still, many of the doors are hand built in Mirfield, West Yorkshire

Deuren helped us from our initial plans right through to installation. Pat visited our site and showed us around the factory/showroom. Great quality and choice

Firstly the internal doors look fabulous. We took our time chosing them inc visiting the factory. We ordered 7 internal and five pocket. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Dueren measured up and despite us telling them about finished floor level it wasn’t allowed for and every single internal had to be shaved off. Make sure you understand their definition of push right/ left as it really isn’t what you might think it should be, resulting in more work (but we take partial responsibility here as we should have checked more carefully) The pocket doors are simply a piece of lovely wood, despite being told that the fitting were included….they aren’t. And the groves had been put incorrectly in the frame. This is not a complete door approach by any means and expect to do a lot more than you think you should have to. Oh and instead of taking 3 months they took 6 with us having to do all the chasing. Whole relationship, service and comms have been appalling and had we known we would never have spent money with this company, even if it is british( one of the big reasons we chose it)

Seems I have the same experience as Nicole, I contacted Deuren as my wife fell in love with their doors, our project would involve spending around £40,000 with them but Christian does not even reply to e-mails which is not just unprofessional, but rude - I look forward to addressing this face to face with their directors next week at the NEC where i will hopefully find a better suited supplier

I chose Deuren due to the choice of doors but customer service let them down entirely. Pat was my contact and he spoke to my partner in a shocking manner. He was rude, told us there were plenty of people in the queue and wouldn't commit to a day for undertaking the survey. Having got our quote from them and wanting to spend £8000 with them, they didn't value their customer so we stopped the order. We wrote to the director to inform him of this and didn't receive a response. I think they have plenty of orders currently and aren't thinking longer term. Poor customer service from Pat

Right from our first interaction, through the visit to the amazing showroom, to ordering our lovely doors, to the day of installation, everything has been flawless.

The craftsmanship and quality of Deuren’s doors are the best we were able to find, after months of searching for something special, we were lucky to come across the Deuren team at a Birmingham exhibition.

They spent time with us to understand our every need, answer all our questions and were always prompt and professional.

The finished product is fantastic, the noise in our house has been greatly reduced, the hand mechanism and hinges are impeccable and the look, style and quality of each individually crafted door is sensational.

We are extremely pleased that we asked for our doors to be fitted by one of your expert fitters. While this was not the cheapest option, it was well worth it. Chris’s knowledge and experience in fitting your doors in a variety of situations (and being able to cope with slightly dodgy walls) was invaluable, and we now have an absolutely stunning 10 door hallway that makes me break out into a big a smile every time I look at it.

Excellent quality doors, fantastic personal service throughout the entire process. Thoroughly recommend a visit to the showroom to discuss options and look at different finishes. The assisted fit option was superb, nothing was too much trouble. Our doors look amazing!
