Terrible quality!

Terrible quality!! I purchased a dress jumper from Macy’s site and the quality was so bad it was unwearable. The fabric was not lined and the extra fabric on the inside rolls up. Unwearable. So disgusting that they wouldn’t take it back. Waisted my money.

Customer Service is atrocious

Customer Service is atrocious! Reached out multiple times, they only send one line responses that don't even answer my query. They dishonoured a price match request when I met all the criteria. I pointed that out and heard crickets from customer service. I will absolutely not be shopping with them going forward.

Super slow shipping

Have ordered a few things from dpd over the years. It might take a week, it might take 2-3. Meanwhile your kids are shivering. One wonders how they make such a nice product.

TERRIBLE customer services

TERRIBLE customer services, the original order was placed on November 8th and after some delays, it shipped with Canada Post, 2 days before delivery, Canada Post went on strike (if the order was shipped timely such a situation would not have occurred). I contacted the customer services department and was told that there was nothing they could do and that I should place a new order and return the original one when received. I agreed, and the issue was that I had a discount coupon on my first order that customer services Carla was unwilling to honor on the new order, after a dozen of messages she finally agreed to provide a coupon and honor the original discount. The new order was placed on 11/22 and up to now it has not shipped, even though their website says "We deliver on time with Canpar" and "Delivery time begins one business day after the order is placed". I have contacted the customer to complain about the late shipment and the answer from CS Carla was "Since we are processing a high volume of orders, there is a possibility of a slight delay. Rest assured, your order will be shipped soon!", I have explained to her that this a replacement order as Deux par Deux did not deliver the first one, and asked her to ensure that the order shipped today as I need to have it delivered by friday, and her answer was that if I wanted it delivered faster that I should have paid an extra 20 dollars, in other words, transfering the cost of Deux par Deux inability to fulfill theirs orders to the customer. If order is not delivered by Friday, I will need to puchase elsewhere and will return the order, on top of all that, I am now very concerned with the multiple complaints from customers in regards to the low quality of the product...

We are repeat Deux par Deux lovers! My son adores their dino print outfits. We come back every season. The clothing is stylish, comfortable, and Tristan proof! Will be back!

BUYER BEWARE- Ordered some items and…

BUYER BEWARE- Ordered some items and part of the outfit didn’t fit my daughter and was currently out of stock. Decided to return and re buy item if came back in stock. This was within their 30 day return window and everything left my possession in brand new condition/unworn. I got an email stating that the item was received in used condition and had holes. I contacted this company numerous times and they have ZERO customer service, I asked for evidence and company has failed to provide any. I have been buying clothes from this company for years and will not be buying anymore. The item did NOT have holes when it left my possession… I have tried emailing and I get basic responses and no one answers the phone. After looking on their Facebook page, I am not the first person they have done this to. Unfortunate, because I love supporting Canadian companies. I will add, this was a $20 item- it isn’t about the money more about the principle.

My package was lost in the mail and…

My package was lost in the mail and they did not honor their shipping policies admittedly. To date a resolution to the lost package has not been made. It is two weeks now and Canada Post says the package is truly lost with no way to retrieve it, shipping company says DPD has to call them to process the claim. They are slow to fix issues if they exist unapologetically. I cannot even speak to the quality of their products but they certainly lack basic customer service skills.

Gorgeous quality

All the teachers at my kids school comment on how nice my children’s winter coats are and need to know where we got them from because they are so gorgeous. The quality and details are so beautiful on these jackets. I just preordered our spring jackets because the winter ones were so nice, I can’t wait!
