Do not buy Any products from them. If you have any problems they will try to get money from you even you have product care which is $500 extra. And if your Phantom still have warranty but no products care. Minimum spend if have any problems are $2000 . And they still not willing to prepare as they customers services very very bad
I have two Gold Phantoms and recently…
I have two Gold Phantoms and recently decided to update these speakers by following the email instructions provided by the staff at Devialet. We went back and forth a few times, and they guided me through the update. Thanks to their patience and support, I have successfully updated both of my Gold Phantoms. Now, I can access the equalizer, balance, and other features. The sound is more transparent, and my two Gold Phantoms are more fun to play with. Very nice!

Excellent Service Support from Rosie
Rosie from Devialet has provided me with an excellent service. She’d resolved my concerns pertaining a lopsided battery life on my “Gemini I”, which I bought a year ago.
On June 5, I was instructed to carry out some tests for submission. With help and assistance from Rosie, Devialet had decided to replace my “Gemini I” on June 7. As Devialet no longer has “Gemini I” in stock, it was upgraded to “II” and replaced.
I received my “Gemini II” on June 19 and I would like express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the team at Devialet for reaching out to me, and especially Rosie, I greatly appreciate her prompt responses, and by exercising great care and patience throughout.
To the team at Devialet, and especially Rosie, I thank you all once again for the magnificent service support accorded to me.

Solving a wifi connectio issue
We had a problem connecting our phantom 2s to a new wifi setting. Rosie and her colleague did well to help us understand the issue better and eventually the problem was solved.

My phantom 2 suddenly no longer connect to the app.
After trying with support for 2 days, I noticed now required connection via 5G internet instead of 2.4G.
Issue finally resolved, would be better if issue can be resolved quicker but at least no need to ship back the product.

Such a disappointing product + customer…
Such a disappointing product + customer service!
1. I bought 2 Phantom I 103db from the Devialet website and they arrived with lots of scratches and marks on them. They were clearly not new. Incredible for a €4,000 product.
2. Their ability to stereo pair the Phantoms on Wifi is really problematic and the web is covered with people complaining about the same thing. In short if you use a modern 2.4+5ghz modem or a mesh like a Google Wifi Pro, it's just not possible for the Phantoms to be paired and keep being paired. They'll keep disconnecting and not being able to work together. Sure, you could ethernet wire it all, but then what's the point of having the option of making it a Wifi sound system?
3. The customer service is APPALLING. A typical French company's customer service from my experience. They seldom respond by email so best to call them. By phone it's quite a bit better. But they emailed me to say they received my package back in their workshop (I returned them for the aforementioned reasons) and would reimburse me max 2 weeks later. I called the day before the 2 weeks mark and they said they couldn't see my package in their workshop. They finally found it and are going to take another 2 weeks to reimburse me... due to their fault. 1 month to get reimbursed?
A really joke altogether.
Devialet Came Through With Help
Devialet answered my questions promptly and clearly. If anything, they were reassuring that my orders will arrive on time. Two speakers arrived but the remote did not. The carrier did not message me when it will be delivered, but after contacting Devialet, they sent along the tracking that it will arrive the next day. Surprisingly in Canada, it was easier for me to contact Devialet in France, than it was for me to contact the carrier UPS.

Jake was very patient and thoughtful when I called about my devialet unable to connect to my wifi. After exhausting all avenues of he device. He decided to contact the dev team and got back to me with well written instructions and I was able to get my phantom connected.
Shockingly poor post sales customer service
Have had a phantom 1 speaker for some years now. It died all of a sudden in Feb 2024- no sound. I contacted Devialet and they said most likely it’s an electric failure inside. A repair quote of £900 was promptly provided. That’s nearly 50%
Of the original purchase price. They sent me a box to return it and a UPS label. I couldn’t find any UPS collection point with a printer near by so drove appx 4 miles- found a point willing to print papers and have it shipped. A week later a ‘repaired’ speaker is returned with the top part on the outside indented/damaged. I didn’t pay £900 to have something worse (cosmetically) delivered to me. One of their main USPs is how this speaker looks. I’ve not had time to use it and check it as now I have to send it back for another ‘repair’. It feels like they sent me a used product they had lying around. On top of that Devialet can’t be bothered to organise a home collection for me so I’ve got to again find a way to return it. UPS doesn’t have any printer points near me so it’s a pain and this speaker is very heavy so I can’t walk with it. It has to be transported via taxi/car. Additional cost and stress for
Me. Kind of wish I hadn’t bought this speaker now.
Rather poor customer service from a French brand in my experience. My family were looking to buy two more newer speakers but given this experience- not any more! Stay way from this brand. There are plenty others available for this price point and better customer service.
