Firstly, the shipping takes longer than they say, it took over 3 weeks for order to be delivered.

I ordered a dress for £119 for my daughter’s prom. When it arrived, the skirt was too big so I contacted the company to return it. I then found out I didn’t receive the corset that was suppose to accompany the skirt, they offered to send it but I said no I wanted to return the skirt. This is where the fun started, they then proceeded to tell me that it would cost me a lot to return the skirt (its a Chinese company), I may have to pay tax and they would deduct the original shipping fee. So they offered me a £10 coupon to get the skirt altered. I said no, my original order was free shipping and I still want to return the item. Then then told me again that the return shipping fee would be high and that I would have to pay for the tax which would also be high. I replied, I didn’t pay tax to receive the item, I therefore don’t pay tax to return an item, can you send me your returns address. They then offered me £20, which I refused, they upped it to £30 then they finally offered me £30 plus a £10 coupon. I refused these offers stating I want to return the skirt and expect a full refund of £119. They told me the only way I could get a refund if I returned the skirt but I would have to pay high shipping fees, taxes and the original shipping fee so they didn’t advise I returned it. By this time (over a week of email exchanges) I had enough and raised a dispute with PayPal. It took a few weeks but I received a full refund from PayPal as Devilnight didn’t’ challenge.

My advice, do not use this company.

My experience with devil night especially with the customer service has been great. They were so helpful and would respond within the 24 hours of me sending the email. They also seemed so nice and reassured me when I emailed them worrying about the dress not coming in time.

The dress it self is really god quality and i can’t wait to wear it

My daughter saved up for a particular dress she wanted from this site for her prom. We ordered, and they said 5-7 working days for delivery. Bare in mind that the co.uk web address is designed to make you think they're in the UK - they aren't.

When the delivery day came and went, I got in touch with them. They told me that the dress was in China and hadn't even been dispatched yet. With experience of how long it takes goods to get here from China (1-2 months at best), I asked to cancel the order for a refund.

They said no.

This led to an extremely frustrating back and forth over 2 weeks where they kept offering us accessories for a dress that wouldn't be here in time for my daughter's prom and insisting I wait for the delivery.

Eventually, they agreed to refund the £239 I had paid. But then never did. Email after email was returned with a 'please kindly wait'. My daughter had no prom dress and none of the money she had saved to buy a new one.

Thank God for PayPal who reviewed the case and found in our favour, refunding the full amount.

This is a scam. Don't fall for it. There are a lot of fake 5* reviews on here.

I ordered Red Vintage Gothic Swallow Tail Suit for Men ready for my wedding next year and I am so impressed with how it looks and feels. Ordered my daughter’s prom dress and it is beautiful and even better than it looked in the pictures and she can’t wait to wear it. Was a little confusion over the tracking info but after making contact I had an email with the details and it arrived within two days. Would order from here again

The dress is amazing! It fits perfectly and the material is great! I am 168 cm tall, with the waist of 68 cm, bust 87 and hips 88. It hugs my figure like a glove! I recommend it to everyone who wishes a beautiful dress that has a uniques style!

Having ordered a dress on 27th April, for my granddaughter we were advised 24 hours later it was out of stock, so we asked for a refund. The payment still went through and here we are 30th May still waiting. Would not recommend this company to anyone as they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Heavy hand sewn gorgeous materials I am so happy with this purchase. I received the item in less than 14 days and the customer service has been excellent really great communication when ever I had a question it was answered straight away. The dress I wanted to order for prom was sold out on another site, so I came here hesitantly since I wasnt entirely sure it was legit. But it was and I was pleasantly surprised! The dress I ordered came pretty quickly after it was shipped, came 2 days early! The tracking for my order was very straightforward and the dress looked just like the picture on the site! The sizing was also pretty accurate, had no issues with the dress once I tried it on!

Devilnight.co.uk were absolutely amazing and ensured my package arrived on time even with a product sold out I originally ordered and they asked me to have a look again for something else or they could issue a refund. I found an amazing dress and felt so comfortable wearing it.

First of all I made my order and they basicly confirm my order and my money is processed for the order aswell.
1 week later I get a message that the piece I ordered, isn't in stock, If they could send a coupon code for me instead for that item, wich I said no to, cause I just wanted that piece and therefore just wanted my money back for that piece. They continued multible times to try and offer me the coupon code instead of sending my money back and when I said for the last time, that I didn't want a coupon code but just my money in return, they said okay you will get it in 5-7 business days. Today we have reached 15 days and yet I still haven't recieved my money - they have even stopped replying to my messages.

So I would never buy from this company again, cause of bad customer service, money never recieved, a bad updated website wich still doesn't tell there items are out of stock, and they only want to offer you coupon codes to buy from there website again. Though that would never happen.

To be honest this has to be the best $149 I’ve spent in my life. Very fast shipping, customer service was very nice and super helpful. The dress itself is freaking gorgeous:) I’m so excited to wear it for prom !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, ill be shopping here for my wedding dress XD

Product is great ie feathered tophat for men box was slightly crushed by couriers but hat was ok inside but has made box unusable, trousers are good
