I bought this as an early birthday present and it's best thing I own in my closet at the moment. The quality is immaculate and the coat itself has a nice weight to it.
Will definitely purchase more items in the near future!

Looking at previous reviews I was dubious about my order, but quality is awesome, was updated on delivery dates. OK, it came from China but on this occasion it wasn't a cheap copy made with flimsy material, it was fully lined, original makers packaging, and fitted perfectly.

Very cool gothic clothing. I ordered a corset and the quality is beautiful, great fit and looks amazing, great for everyday gothic additions or even for Halloween

Customer service is great and responsive especially since Im in the USA. I ordered the black high waist Gothic skirt and let me tell you it was better than I imagined! Great material and great fit! I was worried about the sizing but I’m glad everything was fine in the end!

Bought a bolero/shrug from DarkinLove. Paid £10 for regular shipping (said 3-5 days) and another £10 for expedited (said 3-4 days). Placed order on September 30th. Shipped on October 9th. I asked between the days why the preparation time took LONGER than shipping (which is only 2-3 days through FedEx) and they said "Since it is busy season now, there might be a little delay in the order". Size was ordered small and delivered small but still fit loose. Does not look like the photo. Paid extra £15 when FedEx arrived. Don't know why. 😂

Won't be ordering again.

I ordered a gothic dress for my wedding party and needed custom sizing. I accidentally measured wrong and customer service reached out to confirm because the sizes seemed off, and I was able to luckily fix my sizing. I was also very worried the dress wouldn’t arrive in time for the party, and they worked hard to ensure I got it in time. It shipped very fast and it was absolutely gorgeous and fit perfectly. Everybody was so enthralled by the dress and it was beautiful and of great quality. Would highly recommend.

Still trying to get my money back 2 months after placing an order.
I was told the item I ordered was out of stock, and to pick a different size.

Well, when I tried to do that they were out if every item I suggested.
I requested a refund, they wanted to give store credit.
Eventually they agreed to refund me but this has not happened.

I have had to raise a PayPal dispute, which DevilNight are ignoring.

Their stock is from Taobao, (think Chinese eBay) that sells quite cheap items, but they double the price and put them on DevilNight.

I wish I had never ordered from them. I have also learned of other people who had to fight to get money back from DevilNight and were unable to return items.

Edit: There are also lots of fake 5 star reviews here! I will be flagging them.

I bought a dress and a 3-piece suit for our wedding, and everything came quickly and intact. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the clothes. At first, we had some problems because the dress wasn't in stock in the size I wanted, but customer service wrote me an email the next day with the option of waiting 1-2 weeks until the dress was back in stock or choosing another dress. As I waited for the dress to be back in stock in my size, they sent the suit, and a week later, the dress.

TL;DR
Delivery was quick, with tracking every step of the way (suit in 6 days and dress in 8).
Quality and appearance are very good.
Customer support is quick, very friendly, and competent.

I love this company! I ordered my wedding dress. I wasn’t expecting it to come so quickly. It’s gorgeous. Customer service is wonderful and they truly care about their customers. I will absolutely be ordering from them again!

As a very fashion-selective individual, quality is the most important aspect for the clothes and accessories I wear. I was very impressed with the products from DevilNight! The quality of the clothing is excellent, and everything I recieved was well tailored and designed with care, with the material and overall fit meeting the expectations per the photos shown on their website. The accessories I ordered were good quality for the price, as well. I do think some improvement could be made in the strength of some of the chains, and perhaps larger lobster clasps, such as on the ankle bracelets and chokers. However, the chain on the necklace I ordered is strong, and the lobster clasp is larger and much easier to use. Other than that, the appearance of all of the accessories also match the photo representation, and look beautiful when worn! Additionally, the products arrived much faster than I anticipated. I will definitely be buying again as a regular customer for my fashion needs.
