Paid for an item that turned out to be out of stock. After some push back they finally agreed to a refund. Almost two months later and multiple requests, I have yet to receive a refund, and will have to go through my card provider. Looking through other reviews it seems like I'm not alone.

I have ordered from devilnight a few times now and each time has been resoundingly pleasant! Dispatch and shipping are swift, and the necktie I ordered this time around is gorgeous! Always happy to deal with them, thanks much ^^

I bought a dark in love dress "Black Vintage Gothic Long Sleeve Lace Appliqued Maxi Dress" (Reference : DW876) and received a very cheap looking dress that didnt even look like in the pictures. Also the arms are way too big for the size. The front piece is just some shiny plastic not at all like in the pics. when i said i want to send the dress back and get a refund it got denied saying it needs to be shipped back to a chinese address which is very expensive and i should just "keep the dress or gift it to somebody or sell it". Dont buy from here.

First off the delivery was as speedy as advertised and the tracking for express delivery was excellent. The clothes themselves look great and I will be a returning customer.

Just received my wedding dress the other day and it's everything I wanted and more! They were great with keeping me updated on the progress and shipping of my dress, too.

Was initially impressed with the range and prices of the stock, I was ordering a dress for my daughter's prom but she was uncertain which style would suit her best. After checking the returns process I went ahead and purchased 2 dresses. The delivery took forever. One dress is too big and the other does not suit or fit correctly. After contacting customer service they advised me to get the dresses altered myself and they would give me a £10 voucher!!
The dresses cannot be altered due to the style and fabric type and are pretty much useless to us. I was told that it would cost more to send the dresses back to China and to check different couriers.
It is literally going to cost more than I paid for the dresses to send them to china!!
They take days to reply to my emails and can't see a resolution.

Dress was ordered and arrived as the correct size and on time. Good quality and good value.

I've ordered many things for many years and this shop is reliable.
Only "negative" experience was when I ordered something for Halloween and it hasn't arrived in time, then I told them about it and they gave me a 10£ voucher.

Order a dress on the 2nd... didnt even get posted out till almost a month later from a Chinese sorting facility. Not even their own place.

Emailed asking about my order to be told shipping was suspended for the week even tho I ordered almost a month prior. Was never told they had their shipping suspended either

And then another message saying something completely different, so they lied

Don't order unless you want to wait 1-2 months to receive anything. Let alone they don't even let you know about such a massive delay

UPDATE: They have since emailed me after leaving this review to try BRIBE me with a free item at random to remove or edit my review into a positive one ... says all you need to know about Devilnight

Dress eventually arrived after a month with the return tag right through the lace which has ripped a couple of holes into the lace. I have no effort to even attempt to send this back and get another....

This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a shirt. Over a week later I got an email stating
"We're sending this email to tell you the package will be shipped out by DHL. However, we're informed by the carrier your shipping address is remote, extra 23 pounds needed to be paid.
Please send the 23 pounds to the paypal account: (their gmail address), and email us the payment screenshot, then the package will be shipped out asap"
I DO NOT live in a rural area and have never had any other company EVER request further funds for shipping (not to mention they wanted $40 more for shipping plus the $20.00 I already paid them for shipping.) I told them I was not willing to pay that much and wanted a refund, they told me they would get back to me. A couple weeks went by and I had to open a complaint with PayPal in order to get my money back. I strongly recommend you don't waste your time or money with this company. Nothing but trouble and a headache.

I have buy 2 items and pay express shipping (3 - 4 working days) today is 7 working days and my order not received. Ridiculous. Never buy again in this shop.

I've bought three separate things from these guys, the first being in 2021. Astonishingly good quality on each item and first rate customer service on each occasion.

Devilnight.co.uk has outstanding customer service and monitors the parcel to make sure it is delivered ok. Sizing guide on the website was accurate. The quality of the garments for the price is very good. Only improvement I would recommend is a more mobile phone-friendly site.

The clothes are really nice, good quality and design.
The service and shipment was also good and fast.

Fast delivery and i love the fact they always ask if i’ve received my item, shows they care about their customers :)

Tried to order an XL waistcoat, something happened to the website and when I checked out it had changed to a S. I didn't notice that the size had changed on the confirmation email so when it arrived I contacted them to exchange it. The website tries to give the impression that returns and exchanges are really simple and easy and you just have to pay a small fee for postage. I got an email telling me that it would be too expensive to ship it back to them so I can have £5 off to buy the correct size (I spent £40+ originally!)

UPDATE - Instead of the £5 off, they gave me £3 off and free shipping. Still wasn't able to return the original so stuck with a £40 item I don't want and will struggle to sell on. They said they would send me a free gift with the new order, what arrived (with my mens waistcoat) was a womans flower choker which I wasn't able to find on their website but I could find on Temu for 79p, so not much of a free gift and certainly not one that's meant for me. Posting on here has been the only thing that's really motivated them to want to help me so I have amended my review at their request, even though they are desperate for me to delete it.

I have ordered twice now from Devilnight.co.uk. They have outstanding customer service. Devilnight.co.uk monitor the parcel right up to delivery and keep in touch with you to make sure it is delivered ok. Postage time is pretty good. Dispatch appears to be from China but doesn’t seem to take as long as I have experienced before to deliver to Australia. I was pretty happy with value for money for price versus product quality and the designs are lovely. Sizing guide on the website was pretty spot on too. Only improvement I would recommend is a more mobile phone friendly website. They are now my number one site to go to for steampunk clothing

Had made an order on 11 December, which I then received a reply to this item being out of stock. So I then asked politely for a refund asap. They asked me the stupid question of if I want it in a smaller size - have never been asked this by anyone before !!! I said no I want my money back. Then they asked if I want it back as store credit. Again I said no and want it back into my bank account. They are very ignorant, and do not listen to anything I have to say. They keep telling me to wait and give me excuses. It’s now 17 days later, and they now refuse to even reply to any emails I send. I still do not have my refund !!! I am now involving the police and the trading standards team to resolve this issue for me and have the arrested for theft and fraud and deceit !! I would avoid this company at all costs and keep your money as they are scammers / con-men. It is disgusting what they are doing to vulnerable people.

I ordered a men's shirt and a dress for my wife. My wife loved the dress. Everything that i saw on the site is well woth the money
