Goods not received, customer service MIA
Subscription service for roasted coffee beans.
I used a promotional code that was supposed to get me a free extra bag with my order, for the first three months of my subscription. I subcribed in April - only received the one regular bag without the free extra one. I emailed them multiple times, then after a few weeks they respond that they are sending me an extra bag, which I indeed got promptly.
My May order comes around - just the second month of my subscription - again, only one bag in the parcel. I email them again multiple times, except this time no one responds for weeks. It's been a month now, I still haven't heard from anyone. I cancelled my subscription and filed a claim with econsumerservices for a refund.
The coffee was fantastic but I do not recommend subscribing from them unless you can afford to literally throw your money out the window.
EDIT June 26: I finally filed a credit card chargeback after another full month of nothing - no joke, the company responded to me only *hours* later with a shipping number for two coffee bags and this message: "Our sincerest apologies. It was a mistake on our part and am sending out 2 bags to you today. I reset your account so that on your next to order it will 100% arrive with your extra bag. We take our customer service very serious and are very embarrassed that this happened. Please give us another shot." It seems like they take chargebacks very seriousLY. Funny how I never got a response when I was "just" complaining for two months...
