Sales person approached me as I entered the store and the left me alone when I asked to browse. They then walked me through my choices once I had made my decision, clearly and in detail. Lovely person to deal with.

Took a long time to give my details , so that i could just purchase. I had visited your store on a previous occasion and decided what I was purchasing . Took time to decide and went back to purchase . Didn't appreciate that I had to give my email and mobile number for contact purchases . Only one is required but told I could not proceed with the purchase if I didn't give the info. Just another note, i also had decided to purchase the 3-seater just inside the door (green) in the same cooler as the chair, only to see it was 250 more expensive in the sale !!

I had originally gone in to look at a particular sofa but I saw one i liked better! Im not a great shopper, but Bianca made it so much easier to decide on my final purchase, answered all my questions and didnt pressure me to buy but honestly helped me treat myself to the beautiful sofas I really wanted. I was with my friends and they all commented on how good Bianca was at sales!
100% recommended DFS.... and buying from Bianca! :))

Went to dfs on 6 july found a suit sat on it and paid for it same time took fem minutes sign said ready for delivery very,girl agreed couple days I'd be sitting on it in my apartment,here we are 29th july no suit and now iv to wait to get my money back ??? I'd advise people go elsewhere? After all 10 mins b4 went to them i went to Harvey Norman's and the girl their guaranteed next day delivery wished I'd gone with my first choice so dfs your lucky I can only give you 1 star because that really grings me I wouldn't walk into that shop you only deserve minus 10

The staff made us feel very welcome, explained everything to us, were very patient. Told us how long the sofa would take to build and deliver. How to get finance was also explained. Everything was very straightforward

The staff who assisted us is very warm and accommodating which made the process of buying the sofa very smooth.
Some staffs should be like her.

Great customer service from Bianca she was amazing and really passionate about her job! Compared to other competitors she made dealing with DFS so much easier.

I was very happy with the service in DFS. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very happy to help me with getting the right sofa for my living room. A sales assistant Taylor was extremely helpful and very thorough with my order. I was really impressed with her customer support. I look forward now to getting my new sofas.
