Poor quality

After only two years of owning this sofa and with very minimal use the springs have come out and the sofa makes noise every time you sit on it. While I appreciate that someone came to repair it, I am very concerned that a sofa costing £1,000 is experiencing these kinds of issues in such a short time.

This raises serious questions about the quality and durability of the product. I would expect a sofa in this price range to last significantly longer without structural problems.

I would appreciate a clear explanation and reassurance that this issue will not continue, or information on what further resolution can be offered.

In past 30 days I called Customer…

Be aware with this company, you’re not going to get VAT invoice From them.
In past 30 days I called Customer service 5 times for my VAT invoice. Every time they said you will receive it within five days. Look like this company doing something dodgy not paying VAT correctly to HMRC that’s why they are avoiding VAT invoice to customers. This should be a very simple process and issued the vat invoice the purchase time they leave me no choice to Make a legal action and return the sofa.

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal service. We’ve always iced DFS but something has gone seriously wrong as it feels like a different company this time around. We’ve had 3 rearranged delivery dates, meaning we removed our old sofa and have been without anything to sit on since. The 3rd delivery was cancelled and I only found out when no one turned up on the day and I called the service centre. When the second was cancelled someone was meant to call me and didn’t. Today on the 3rd attempt only one of the two sofas we orders was delivered. The one that has been delivered is stained and meaning someone now needs to come out to clean it. Having sent a complaint two days ago regarding the delivery issues I’ve not heard anything back and have had to follow up on the sofa we still have missing today. TERRIBLE service DFS!
