Riley was really helpful and informative. He let us make our our decision while providing all the information we needed and was happy to answer any questions. He made us feel like he was there but without pushing and was lovely to deal with. We gave him the measurements and he knew what he had to offer without needing the iPad, we had a lovely experience and have everything we need in the package we bought. Would definitely recommend buying from dfs and especially from Riley.

Staff were friendly and approachable, gave me all the details costs breakdown without pushing me to but everything. Physical demonstrations with the easy glide system, letting me recline on the recliner. store was a nice physical which was heaven with the weather.
