Friendly service and very informative with no pressure. Double and triple checked order details were correct for sofa configuration and colour. Delivery estimation date was fully explained.

Great service at Christchurch
I visited Christchurch store with my dad to look at recliner chairs. The store had a good range to try. The staff were very attentive on both occasions. On the second visit, my dad found a chair he liked. We were helped by a very nice sales assistant, Shayna.
She was very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. She was very attentive throughout the whole process from choosing the right fabric, through to arranging the delivery. She was very patient with my (elderly) dad, and they ended up enjoying a chat about the rugby!
