Came in previously and the member of staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and really helped us narrow our search down. When it was time to purchase she remembered us and took the time with our last two selections and was even funnier that while talking we knew certain same people from the region we live which was nice talking about stories while going through the purchase.

Usless .. delivery date was put back a month,,footstool broke they sent someone out to repair he done it and it broke again before he put his key in van,they ordered me a new one which turned up wrong size and marks all over the cream material,, been waiting for nearly 10 month for a new one and its still not here..next step trading standards

I visited DFS in Colchester today and was served by the lovely Elaine. She was really helpful and explained all of the options of sizes, material, colours etc.
I purchased the Arundel furniture and looking forward to taking delivery in November.
Fabulous service and would definitely recommend.

A great experience all round.
I loved that we were not followed around by a sales person. When we arrived he introduced himself and let us know where he would be if we had any questions. He was accessible, but not overbearing. He made us a lovely cup of tea and coffee.
The showroom looked very clean and inviting.
