I would like to thank Aysel, the Turkish sales consultant, and Lee from the internet enquiries team for the outstanding service they provided throughout the purchase of our new settee.
From the initial enquiry through to completing the order, both Aysel and Lee were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions, provided excellent advice, and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from start to finish. It is refreshing to receive such a high standard of customer service these days.
