Everyone was very helpful and patient. No one was pushy and the complementary hot chocolates were great.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly service. We felt very welcome. We preferred to look around on our own and the staff were ok with it. Once we have chosen what we liked, they were very helpful in answering all of our questions and in helping us make our order.

We recently visited the DFS Farnborough branch looking for a modular split sofa with very specific size requirements, and Sonia provided an outstanding level of service throughout our visit.
She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and patiently showed us a wide range of styles, sizes, and configuration options that could potentially meet our needs. Thanks to her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to explore different possibilities, we eventually found the perfect sofa that fit all of our criteria.
Sonia was professional, calm, and approachable throughout the entire process. She explained every aspect of the sofa, the purchasing process, and especially the delivery arrangements clearly and thoroughly, giving us complete confidence in our decision.
The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and Sonia made what could have been a difficult search both easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend both Sonia and the DFS Farnborough branch to anyone looking for expert advice and excellent customer care.

Its verry nice

Great choice of furniture, fabrics and styles. Super helpful staff - we spoke to Sylvia who was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to decide on which colour fabric. Would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a stylish sofa!

Very helpful assistant John in the Farnborough store. Spent lots of time with us… not at all hurried.

Billy was superb. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly patient. My wife and I had just bought our house and this sofa purchase was a big deal!

I had previously done research online so knew what I wanted to review and subsequently purchase
Only downside I have is all the added extras, and delivery that are not included in the price
I asked if there was any military discount that could be applied and was told there wasn’t. That’s a shame as if there was I would have purchased a footstool to go along with my sofa

Sales.oerson by the name Mike from your Farnborough branch customer service is unacceptable when I went back to make enquiries about charges on my credit application he really show the other side of him after getting £2000 sales.from .
He was angry towards me when I was trying g to some answers about the extra chargers
I asked why you is he angry I mentioned to that I have already spoke to customer service and the service I received was way better I received from Mike.
His response was
So, I did mention about delivery very charges I then told him do you I will all the back if you mention it to
Response back from Mike was if I am not happy then I can cancell the agreement
I told him I did not come here to cancell I came to find about the charges but since you getting angry about it
I agree3d to go ahead to cancelll the agreement
There is no way am going back to that store again .

Juts one to make it clear is not just about not been told about the delivery charges on point of sales, this more of the customer service I received when I came back ti make enquiries about the charges I the sarcastic response said to me i can cancel ti order if you want to , i told i did not come to cancell order but want to know about the extra charges and he respon back saying mist customers tha came cancelled their orders, I then responded back if that tgat the then cancell the order and he then said i dont have to wait or stay for cancellation i can go and cancellation will be done no explanation was made to me how will will get back my deposit and how long will it take and no apology and the angry tone from the sales person is unacceptable to me.
As mentioned earlier I received better customer service over the phone from the lady I spoke about the issue .
I am going to accept after spending that amout of money and get spoken like that .
Sorry this was too much that why I made my mind will go some where else ti spend my mo ey with better customer service.

We have placed two orders today and were very impressed with the sales person Sylvia. She was very professional, very knowledgable and explained the details to us excellently.
Sylvia was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and she is credit to the Farnborough branch and will definitely ask for her next time we’re in.

The DFS employee was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. He was extremely personable and made the whole buying process very comfortable.
