Great Service at GiltbrookWe already knew what we wanted before…
We already knew what we wanted before going to DFS. We explained our requirements to the sales assistant, who was knowledgeable and courteous in helping us make our choice. My wife and I would like to say that the experience was tranquil and we didn’t at any time feel pressured into purchasing anything. Finally a big thank to Becky and Scott at the Giltbrook store for their excellent service

Excellent customer service
Me and my partner are moving home and went in to have a look at the possibility of buying a new sofa and Dinning table.
Bob introduced himself as we entered and made us feel very welcomed.
Bob had incredible customer service.
After me and my partner picked out the furniture, Bob explained the whole process with different designs, fabrics and delivery date and cost. Bob made things very clear and made everything stress free. He even went into details about the cleaning and looking after our new furniture.
Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for quality furniture and top tier service.
