DFS Furniture - Hereford Reviews 

When we arrived, a lady came over and asked if we were all right. We confirmed we were just browsing, and she told us to take our time and sit on as many as we needed. We looked around and found one we liked. We approached a member of staff when we needed some advice. We went through all of the information with Jemima. She was very pleasant and could answer our questions and provide extra information we wouldn't have thought about asking. Very happy with our purchases.

Not too pushy, made conversation but not too much

Superb customer service from Jemima at the Hereford store. She introduced herself to us and left us to have a good look around. After choosing the sofa mum wanted, she came to our service and even brought hot chocolates to enjoy!
She explained everything clearly and was very patient and understanding. We are extremely pleased with our experience

We entered DFS Hereford looking for new couches. We were greeted by Louise who was very polite and courteous. As we proceeded through the couches Louise kept checking on us to make sure we were ok and to give us any information we requested. Once we had decided Louise sat with us and explained the purchase along with any extra service we required. She was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions in full. I can honestly say it’s the best experience we’ve had when purchasing something.

George was helpful ,efficient and an effective sales person .He was also a really pleasant young man dealing with two oldies

Excellent staff member who really wanted me to get the best item available, they asked about space, access and need. A great service all around and I got a great sofa at a fantastic price. Visited DFS in Hereford today, the staff were amazing, looked at sofas that fitted our requirements. The sales lady was very professional in giving us advice to make sure we brought the right product.
We were not rushed and given plenty of time to decide, l would recommend DFS.

The Staff at DFS Hereford are briliant.
Especially Louise and Lyn. They were both very friendly and helpful and we particularly appreciated the sit down and coffees whilst we looked round for new sofas.
We found exactly the furniture we needed and the credit option was properly explained.

We were welcomed by a lady called Lyn and she walked around give us advice on different sofas. We came back in today and lyn came and greeted us again. And I walked away with the sofa I wanted with the help of 2 other members of staff. 10* lovely staff and quick service
